Nice family but needs to be more upfront about extra charges”
We had a lovely stay here until check out and we were charged extra fees. We were charged 100K for early check in and 100K for breakfast which I wouldn't have complained about had I known we were getting charged. We paid for our room including breakfast up front and notified homestay of our arrival time requesting early check in which they said would be no problem they had a room. They did not tell us there would be an extra fee. This is the first time we have been charged for early check in our entire 30 days in Vietnam. We then were asked if we wanted breakfast our first day so ofcourse we said yes assuming it was included since we paid up front. We didn't even get to choose our breakfast the first day. The extra fees we paid was the cost for another nights stay. I feel we were unfairly charged.

Best stay during our whole trip”
At Mai's Place we met an extremely kind and welcoming family, who catered to all of our needs. We could use the billiard, choose next morning's breakfast every day, and got offered local green tea often. The bed was soft and comfortable, the room spacious. I absolutely recommend this place. Cảm ơn!

Really couldn’t ask for much more. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The location is great. 2 minute walk from bars and restaurants. Also close to a lot of touristy things. The Hanh family made our stay. Always interested in what we had been up to or where we were heading next. We will definitely be paying them a visit when we come back to Tam Coc

Beautiful experience ”
Of all the places we visited in Vietnam, Tam Coc is by far the most beautiful. and whoever completed this experience was the place where we stayed. There lives a wonderful family, which helped us with everything necessary to have a good stay. It is a very clean place, 5 minutes from the main avenue, with a very rich and varied breakfast, large bedrooms , very clean bathroom and all the implements. a place which I recommend 200%. of the best experiences traveling the southeast. but without a doubt the quality of the people filled us with good energies.

Amazing experience, good location, breakfast included, nice and clean room, good value for money, you can rent bike, motorbike, reserve bus tickets and laundry service. Ms. Hanh, Miss. Mai, the little Phong and Ms. Mien, mama Vietnam, they really made the difference and provided and unique and truly experience! Thank you all very much for everything!

Nada más llegar el señor nos invitó a tomar Té junto a su perro Nou y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Viajamos con nuestro bebé de 1 año y no le faltó de nada durante nuestra estancia, están muy pendientes de tus necesidades y te intentar ayudar con todo. Tienen para alquilar bici, moto, para hacer la colada y servicio bus que te recoge en la puerta de su casa. Sirven un desayuno muy bueno todas las mañanas. Nos quedamos más tiempo aun que ya lo hubiéramos visto todo solo por lo bien que se está en este Homestay. Sin duda volvería a repetir muchas veces.

Familia súper acogedora ”
La familia que lleva el alojamiento te dará y facilitará todo lo que pueda. El desayuno buenísimo, además siempre nos invitaba el padre de la familia a tomar té, y la tía nos daba pomelos de los árboles que tienen. La habitación muy limpia y con todas las necesidades. Encima esta en una calle muy tranquila y muy cerca de la calle principal de tam coc. Recomendado 100%

Ganz tolle, nette Gastgeber ”
Sehr bemühte Familie, die einem so ziemlich alles ermöglicht. Bieten Fahrräder und Roller zur Vermietung an und buchen auch die Bustickets. Durften wie andere bis zur Abreise abends im Zimmer bleiben. Wurden zum Bus gefahren. Verständigung ist ok, manchmal mit Händen und Füßen, Translator oder die Töchter sprechen gut englisch. Lage gut, unbedingt das Restaurant in derselben Straße (in Gegen-Richtung zur Hauptstraße) besuchen Thao Beo. Gastgeber ebenfalls super nett und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück: Man wählt am Abend vorher (man muss Sie manchmal daran erinnern, sonst klopfen sie recht spät) ein Gericht (Versch Ei oder pancake Gerichte) und ein Getränk (Café, Tee, Säfte -> den Passionsfrucht bitte nicht probieren). Dann sucht man sich die Uhrzeit aus. Sie fangen das Frühstück aber immer erst an, wenn man unten ist. Wir waren durchaus auch mal später unten, also kein Problem. Alles in allem tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, wobei bei uns bei der Buchung offensichtlich was schief gelaufen ist. Der Preis bei Agoda bei uns war weniger, als er bei ihnen angezeigt wurde. Das hat sich gezeigt, als wir weitere drei Nächte verlängert haben und bar bezahlt haben. Sie haben aber anstandslos den Preis von Agoda übernommen (3 Nächte, 636 k für ein DZ inkl Frühstück).
