Nice Resort but with lots of mosquitos ”
+ Nice location with sunset beach , nice swimming pool , Restaurant / supermarket /club or bar near by just a walking distance Basic Breakfast , with delicious pancake , noodles and also porridge 30 min free massage after checked-in Friendly receptionist ( Hong Anh ) who handle me, she is nice and help me solve a lot of problem . - If u like natural and friendly animal , frog in my room 2 night out of 6 nights , lot's of mosquito and also Centipedes around.....

Wonderful stay”
The hotel is on the Long Beach, just a 10/15- minute walk from the Duang Dong Night Market. Other hotels are far away and you depend on taxi. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel staff is really welcoming and kind towards the client. I highly recommend the sea-view bungalows: there is a terrace where you can read or have a drink in front of palm trees and the beach, and at night you will sleep with the sound of waves. If was so peaceful. You can also hire a motorcycle at the hotel. In summary, a very interesting option if you want to relax far away from pubs and bars located in the main street but close enough to the Night Market.

A perfect place ”
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The location was beautiful and all you can hear is the splashing of the waves. Will definitely stay here again. The gardens were kept beautifully also. Lovely staff.

I like the location and the friendly staff. The beach is nice, it is close to restaurants, bars and not too far from the night market. The property is old style with bungalows. I think there are only 24 rooms. My room was very large and always very clean.

Friendly stuff, nice pool and beautiful beach”
This place is in the central of the island on the beach side, easy access to go to shops as restaurants. Nice swimming pool next to the beach, we really enjoyed our swim. The staff was really helpful, help us to get a motorbike and direct us to places. ,just we have request an extra pillow and shampoo that they seems forgot to bring to us, had ask the second time for another staff for it. Overall it’s a good rating, room is large and had everything we needed.

Great location right on the beach, comfy sunbeds and umbrellas, buffet breakfast, excellent that all staff always with a friendly smile and an hello, relaxing,. Best and wonderful sunsets we had had after a few months travelling! Had a beachfront bungalow with view of sea and sunset over the roofs of bar/restaurant. Very very nice pool ! Beach clean at Resort. We had a really nice reflexology massage in the spa for free. Couple mins walk up road for other bars, restaurants shops and easy walkable to the Market. Didn’t like: the sea was not as blue as should be due to pipe nearby but Mai Spa made up for that by having lovely pool that we used, and not their fault. Lots people did swim. WiFi did not work in or around our bungalow 18, and told Reception. Got good signal on the beach in front on Room 15, but should have been in our room? Overall a really lovely stay for a week and would definitely recommend If staying inPhu Quoc to choose Mai Spa.

Beautiful rustic boutique hotel”
Sitting directly on long beach the hotel has a range of bungalows and a traditional Vietnamese wooden house moved to Phu Quoc from central Vietnam. The general vibe is a relaxed feel with the property sitting in a garden of trees / bushes with the various bungalows hidden away. There is a pool, restaurant on the beach and air conditioned spa offering professional treatments. The staff were all extremely friendly and the food / drinks were reasonable. The only issue is the drain sitting next to the property which caused some issue

Simple but pleasant ”
Mai Spa is a fantastically located 3* hotel in Phu Quoc. Right on the beach The sea view bungalow I had was clean with all the basics. A/c, en-suite , good large bed, fridge (empty). Cleaned daily and although there is a building site near - construction everywhere in Vietnam- there was no noise. I would happily go back.

We loved our stay at Mai Spa. The staff were very helpful and always polite. Beach does have plastic bags, rubbish coming in from the sea but staff do clean it up. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. The location and the atmosphere were as peaceful and relaxing as I had hoped. Food could be a little more diverse. It's not so appealing to travel so far to have hamburgers and pizzas like any other day.

They upgraded our room to Beach Front Room which has beach bed and Hammock. They helped very well to resolve our credit card problem. Thank you very much for nice stay.
