Close to everything. At the center of the new downtown of jeju. Old but monumental five star hotel with a reasonable price. Buffet on the first floor is worth a visit. Free shuttle from and to the airport.

Great hotel in Jeju city with moderate price”
This is one of the most glamorous hotel in old Jeju city, and it is very clean, neat, convenient location, and has a few dining-in options inside hotel (Chinese, Korean, and a decent cafe). The morning buffet, though, isn't quite the standard considering the price. Overall, I'd like to recommend this hotel in Jeju city especially if you are travelling with infant.

The location is nice since you can easily take the bus from the airport straight to the entrance. The room was great too! Although, there's one issue with the bathtub and the drain in the bathroom. The water was running down in the bathtub drain but overflew from the drain in the toilet area. It was quite an inconvenience for us. Apart from this everything was good and we enjoyed it!

It was a very satisfying place for me to relax. The perfect location hygiene service has a beautiful night view. Hyatt, which satisfies my trip, was the best space, and I recommended it proudly to everyone. If I have a chance, I'll stay at Cheju Hyatt again

The room is super old, the photos strategically are taken with the nice part and hided the old part of the room. The shower in the bathroom is super old, if I’ve seen the shower in the photo, I’ll definitely not book this hotel. However the staff is super friendly and nice, guess that still doesn’t justify how old the bathroom is. The fan in the bathroom also doesn’t work well (or not working at all), there is no air coming or out. Not staying in this hotel next time.

Old fashion/classic hotel”
The location is great, walking distance within the city and has bus stop in front of the hotel. The interior room design is very old style, low lighting but with decent space. The bathtub is also old fashion for a 5 stars hotel. The communication with receptionist was OK but when asked for advise to call taxi, we were advised with a number to call rather offering assistance to call, it would be difficult since we are foreigner. Rather, the bell boy was helpful to advise where we could go for our needs and brought our luggage to the room. We were disappointed that the bus shuttle service was cancelled due to covid although it was still indicated/offered from the booking sites. We were willing to pay more (to compare other nearby hotel) to stay at this hotel due to this service for the convenience to get to the airport.

Awful place ”
We traveled with a group of people and a child, who really wanted to play in a kids zone before the airport. The stuff told us to come an hour later cause they start at 11 am. But the kids zone was open, the doors were open and the light was on.. I do understand about opening hours but they could let in a crying child for just 30 min as I asked and we would put all the toys back. We often go to family trips for birthdays or anniversaries, this time it was my grandma's 80 birthday and my uncles birthday too. The hotel didn't even said Happy birthday, which shows the attitude.. just as with a kids zone.. In our room there were long hairs in a bathtub and right on shower. The dust on the glass table was never cleaned up.. for 4 days..

Good location, Hotel has two sides though”
Had a pretty nice room but there were some noises from the walls and ceiling that kept us up. When we arrived we also realized that there are two halves to the hotel. One definitely seemed nicer and the other (where we were staying) had elevators in front of a super small and depressing casino.
