Lovely and warm, even on cold & frosty nights over Christmas, Excellent location, in a quiet spot close to town centre and convenient for lovely riverside walks. Great choice at breakfast, well cooked Scottish breakfast. Our dog was made very welcome also. Well recommended!

Great value for money”

Goog value for money, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. We arrived at night and found it hard to see as there were few outside lights, would suggest a light up the drive. The bushes have grown over the existing lamps, we had to use phone to walk down the drive. Other than that it was very good, thank you.

The hotel has just changed ownership. ”

The new owners have already started a complete refurbish. Our bedroom had new electrical filings, bedside lights,overhead lights ,tv,shower . Bedding and towels were high quality. Food in the dining room was very good. B&B was good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful.A good experience

It was easy to find, very friendly staff.nothing was any trouble to to the staff, the bed was very big a bit hard and little to high for me but then im only 5ft. Room very spacious and and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice plenty of choice overall happy with our day. If anything i would say the hotel could do with a revamp decor and carpets as its very dated however pleasant
