Good value”
I paid for a single room which included a continental breakfast (eggs, toast/fried bread, cold meats, cheeses, cereal , cakes and pastries). Room was clean with shower room. Only downside was in the morning there was a sewage smell coming in from outside. Staff were helpful and it's an ideal location as it's close to Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium and the SEE.

Very conveinent location off Wembley High Road , shops , trains , buses allclose by. Shower and toilet area very tight space. not much space to walk around in the room. A nice welcoming bowl of sweets at the reception desk. A very strong smell..maybe of food as you enter the reception area. Helpful staff. If you ask nicely they may allow you to check out a bit later if your travel transport schedule is not departing early. Good quality wooden furniture in the bedroom.

Curtains didn’t match. Shower wouldn’t stay attached upright. Beds were comfortable. Occasionally heard the tubes. Great for one night if going to a concert at Wembley not sure about any longer as very very basix

woud not rush to book again”
There are quite a few hotels around wembley With the Maitrise, i feel you can get a better and more comfortable stay elsewhere for the same price if not cheaper. It has a great location for the train but felt i was staying in a hostel more then a hotel. The Room i stayed in needs updating shower head leaked and driped throughout the night the whole hot water tap span around completly when tryin to turn it on

Room was small but clean and very comfortable. I had read that the water pressure was low so was expecting it (it was very low). As usual there were inconsiderate guests but that's not the hotels fault. I would stay there again if the room was below £30. Staff were amazingly friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Good value for money but let itself down ”
Great location and great staff. Bed was fantastic but shower didn’t work and no hot water to have a shave. This was a shame because although the staff gave me the use of a shower in another room, it barely worked and then I had to boil a kettle of water to have a shave. Ultimately this made me late for work. If they fix these problems I would definitely give this hotel a better rating

Good Location, old building”
Pro: Good Location, located at centre of cheap hup. Everything nearby is way cheaper than in London Con: There is no elevator or lift in the hotel, you got to carry your luggage up to level 3. Shower will be a problem as there will always no hot water. Forced to enter different room for shower. Special: Hotel provide compliment free english breakfast for all those inconveniences :)

Staff were really chatty and accommodating, very kind-they totally make the place! Great value for money even if it is a little outraged. It's not 5* luxury but all we needed was a bed for the night so for the price I really can't fault it and would defiently stay there again if I was in the area!

We arrived early December 2019 after a flight from Perth Australia. That night after a long flight all we wanted was either a hot bath or shower but no hot water. Reception said the "boiler" wasn't working properly. After over 2 day's of the "boiler" not working properly we were moved to another room. The only WiFi available was on the group and first floor. The rooms however were very clean - so hat's off to the cleaners. It is close to the Wembley Central Station which is only 1 of 2 of it's good points!

Not so value for money, the location is quite far from city”
It take around half an hour to go to the London city, but the hotel is near to the Wembley Outlet Store. There is no escalator/ lift in the hotel and the stair space is small, very hard to move the luggage. We checked in at night and the staff is not around and we have to wait for 30minutes to knock and wait. The water pressure in the washroom is very low, cannot use the shower and have to squat in the bathtub to bath. Hot water pressure

Hotel is good location, close to Wembley Central tube station. But that's it. Shower was only dripping cold water. There is TV in the room, but no channels, very noisy during the night. Will stay in different hotel in the future.

Convenient location”
It is convenient as it is close to the tube station. People are friendly and helpful. However, do not expect too much as you know the price is not high. It was 'surprising' that I could hardly make a phone call with the phone in the room. It would be great if there was free wifi for use.

Please do not stay here!!!”
I booked this hotel at the last minute as all the other hotels in Wembley were booked out and even though I'd read the reviews I thought it couldn't be that bad. How wrong I was! When I got into the room, it was boiling hot even though the windows were wide open. I realised that the reason for the hear was that the radiator was turned on to the max. When I spoke to the man at reception about it, he didn't seem to be at all bothered and just said it couldn't be turned off. The room itself was big but it needs redecorating and a good clean. The bathroom had a strong musty smell coming from it and there was a sign on the door requesting not to lock the door as you wouldn't be able to open it again if you did. The tiles in the shower were filthy. The shower itself was hanging off the wall, there was nowhere to hand the towels. When I woke in the Morning, there was a pool of water all over the bathroom floor. I'm glad I only stayed here 2 nights and I'll never stay here again!!!

Dirty and poorly decorated”
Our stay was short but we will not be rebooking this hotel, the walls were paper thin and we kept hearing people walking past our room throughout the night. The room itself was oddly decorated with a feature wall and curtains that were also parterned and a different colour. The cabinets were antique and morning, the decor just didn't work. The shower and facilities were good, you were able to get hot water. Consider before booking.

Terrible”
Somewhere to sleep. Close to Wembley Central Station and within a 15min walk to Wembley Stadium. Missing a lot of basics. No Bar fridge, shower is cold, taps are loose, wallpaper is peeling. Really not worth the price.

Worst accommodation ever experience ”
This is vilest had experienced ever. There is nothing enjoyed in this hotel except the staff at reception. Very difficult to go upstairs with luggage on the narrow staircase, the old rooms with part broken furniture, a tiny bathroom and a small shower with extremely low pressure running water and the bad smell in the room. Moreover, there is no a/c either a fan in this extremely hot summer can stay in the room in the daytime. When opening a window the sound of the train which passes next to the hotel every 10 – 15 minutes can’t sleep even at night.

Very good place for when you're on budget”
It's a very good place with very good staff. It's worth the money they're asking and it's very close to the train station which is a plus but it means you'll be hearing the trains pass by.
