Best hotel (and apartments) for families ”
I highly recommend this hotel. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed to make meals. We have 2 kids under 8 and having twin bed and their own bedroom was a godsend! The staff also went out of their way to ensure my family was well cared for - they prepared beach bags for us! Will be returning.

1. Staffs are super nice. Especially Sofia who checked us in (and also checked us out) was very nice and welcoming - she is the reason I feel very content about the hotel. 2. Breakfast is very nice. It seems all the ingredients are well-selected with great taste. However I personally prefer buffet type rather than order & serve. Anyhow, it was great. 3. The swimming pool is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper small with questionable position on the rooftop - located in the centre of the bar.. everyone and anyone can see you. It's also very shallow - good for kids, perhaps. I was very upset after discovering this because I had high expectation of the swimming pool. 4. Atelier Cologne is one of my favourite perfumery. This hotel has their amenities. Conc: I would recommend this hotel. However please ensure to get good room as ours was deluxe but the room was positioned in the corner of the building(I think) and the room structure was rather interesting - in other words, the room felt quite small. But friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

Elegant Hotel but not all in real life is what expected. 1. positive: The rooms in the hotel very nice, charming and clean. Negative: However the apartments in the other building across the street were not at all the same style as the hotel, rather cold with odd design, no longer the same the expected elegance and charm. 2. positive: The Hotel names itself a spa. Indeed there is a beautiful Terrace on the Roof with a Snack Bar and small pool. Negative: but otherwise the Spa (Sauna, Jacuzzi) is not included in the price of the stay. 3. positive: breakfasts are spectacular, amazing choice, fresh, Champagne. 4. negative: we hat to wait two hours for our room because the computer system failed and the staff was very slow in organising themselves. No one informed us ahead of time. With a one night stay this is a big waste of time.

Regarding the Spa, Regarding the Spa, the reason why it has an extra charge, is because it is a very exclusive area, which will be totally private for you and your partner/family once you reserve it, meaning that other guests will not access it while you are enjoying it. Moreover, a deep cleaning takes place after each use to guarantee its exclusivity and sanitization. However, I regret that you experienced some delays while checking in. Please note that checkin guaranteed time is 15:00, and even though we are happy to provide early checkin when we have availability, sometimes it is not possible due to the high occupancy.

Really dissapointed with the service. Firstly I felt discriminated for having booked from Agoda. The reception which was a lady was so unfriendly, not helpful and quite rude in her responses. Secondly, i requested for a kettle on the first night, never got one. On the second night, I tried to call from my room, there was no answer so I had to walk down to the reception just to request for a kettle. Thankfully, the gentlemen in the reception was very helpful. Overall, overrated, service was probably the worst.

We were downgraded to smaller room on arrival. and in a back building that have different elevator. Limited rooms with open view. After complaining, the front desk offered us 3 options of rooms that have small windows facing wall of close opposite building. We had to stick our head out of the window to see the sky. We were, rudely, forced out of the lobby one evening at 9 pm for another group event. We were asked to buy our own Nespresso pods to use for the machine in the room. The only nice thing about the hotel is the location... But everything else was one or two stars.

On the other hand, our Front desk and Concierge are open 24 hours, and our lobby bar closes at 2:00 am during winter season. with location smacked right in the middle of a very famous street in barcelona where plenty of luxury brand stores and restaurants are located, this hotel needs no futher argument for best location. added to that, the room was simply 'majeestic' as the name suggest. the bed was also among the best ones we tried to sleep on. simply a really majestic hotel thats all.
