At Home Feels”
Honestly not expecting much since this is a budget hotel but when we came in, the place is really nice for its size, love the hippy vibe of it and the staffs are really nice and professional. The room is clean when we get there, the sheets and covers smells nice and the bathroom has hot and cold shower. Cons * doesnt provide any toiletries * towels served late so we were not able to use them * no cabinet to hang clothes * no mirror in the room (only the small one in the bathroom) SUGGESTIONS: * The name is Makati Budget Hotel, first of all this is not a hotel but a hostel more of a lodge or apartelle so lets not confuse your customers and clients, also it has a sub name for URBAN MAKATI, that makes it a lot confusing for a customer giving instructions to the cab drivers, I SUGGEST come up to ONE NAME of the hostel so it'd be easy to remember. I didnt notice a big signboard of the hostel in the building itself not on the side part so you might want to invest on that. * Since there is no mirror provided in each rooms I believe, might as well provide a huge one in the lobby or your waiting area. It will make your space bigger too. Overall, it's still a nice place to stay in for a night or two because of its affordability.

Comfortable stay, friendly receptionist”
The hotel is strategically located in makati. There are many nightmarkets and restaurants around the vicinity. Hotel is small but has homey vibe. The rooms have decent size but nothing much to expect as this is a budget hotel with budget price. Everything basic was provided which was fine for us. Theds are comfortable and overall we had a comfortable stay. Staff are also very helpful and friendly.

If you are looking for budget accommodation in a cool part of Makati, this is a good place to go. Very decent. I'll go back without hesitation. There is nothing special about it, but I wasn't looking for something special. I was looking for a decent place at a budget price and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Place is affordable given its cheap price in a rather expensive area. Everything you need in Makati is just within the walking distance as it is very central. Ministop and Family Mart are just right outside the hotel. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. Will return fofr its high value

A central location”
PROS: -a great location with Makati Avenue just a minute on foot, plenty spots for shopping, eating out and action; -no traffic or night club noise in the room; - tea/coffee facilities, microwave; - friendly receptionists; - guests are given a map with all the necessary locations and directions marked; - an amazing eatery a few minutes away with low prices, great quality of food and quick service (leaving the hotel, turn right, go down the street about 1.5 min, it's next to the police station, up a few stairs). CONS: - a karaoke tent next to the hotel with locals showing up their talents (maybe only Sat nights); - booked a triple room with a double bed and an armchair, were given a room with bunk beds.

I needed a low-cost place to sleep and shower. This place did the job. It's nothing special -- but I wasn't looking for anything special either. I was very pleased with Makati Budget Hotel because it gave me exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price.

Very good location, affordable accommodation”
The place is recommended for value of money. It is located in center of makati, with plenty of restaurants and ministops just outside the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well secured with CCTVs and security guards.

Budget Stay yet gou ireat service”
I was expecting less given that this is budget hotel, but i find it quite good value given its cheap price and good service. Nothing much to expect in terms of facilities but all the needed basic staff are present and the staff are more than willing to help you for your concerns.

Convenient, budget friendly and helpful staff”
We're group of 4, stayed in one room for 4 nights. Beds and pillows are so fluffy comfort, room have enough space to put our luggages, controlled air condition, smell good with the aromatic which is feel relaxed once we come back from a long walks. Nothing to ask more from the BUDGET hotel but Valuable. The receptionist are so helpful and friendly, they're trying their best to make your stays enjoyable. I'll come back to this hotel.

Very good location”
Location is perfect, inside the famous Makati night life but away from the noisy bars/clubs. My friend and I took the 6 bunkbed mix dorm. The bed is okay just the room is too small and they should also put curtains on top bed for a bit of privacy. I saw small lockers under the bed but lock is not provided (not sure if it should be asked to the reception or bring your own lock). Toilet is inside the room so it is very convenient but it doesn't have exhaust fan or window so the smell stays. There is also ongoing issue on shortage of water in Metro Manila but it's good that there are stored water. Staffs are friendly but can practice more professionalism. One cleaning lady seemed to be using the mix dorm toilet to shower, I don't know if it's just because of the water shortage but it is weird. As usual, in PH, hostel doesn't provide free toiletries, towel, etc. Bring your own. Overall it was okay for a night and cheapest in very good location I got.

This is a budget hotel so dont expect it to have awesome facilities like what a 5 star hotel. However everything went well. I chose this one for the location, and it didnt disappoint. Everything was just within walking distance to mall and street market. There plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel. The staff are also very friendly!

This Hotel is recommended for group and family travelers. The rooms are not really big but it can fit 4 to 5 persons in one room with double deck bed. I tried to find some other hotels nearby but all available rooms were couple rooms only. Luckily, I found this very affordable and has family rooms here in Agoda. I got 3 rooms good for 5 persons and the receptionist gave me a discount aside from discounted price I got here in Agoda while I'm booking. I recommend this for not really choosy travelers.

First timer there but enjoyed it”
Discovered this one by chance browsing thru Agoda's best deals on offer, gave it a try for a short night stay. First found it tiny rooms, but the sleeping couch is proving very comfy plus TV channels are ok as long as you get BBC but not much more though. Bothering a bit is the very tiny reception space and the 2 flights of stairs to get there but otherwise an excellent deal which is now part of my short-list for Burgos/Makati. Internet wi-fi works ok.

Cheap and affordable”
The place is a budget hotel so dont expect a pool or any sauna facilities. The place however was good value and cheapest i found on the net. Despite this, everything was cleaned and staff are very nice.
