Stressful makipag deal sa may ari nito.. un unit na book ko hindi un ang binigay sa amin kesyo nag extend daw un tenant.. mabuti sana kung un ipapalit nila e same o mas upgraded na room but sad to say no choice kami kundi kunin un binigay.. dapat hindi nyo na pinopost un mga unit na hindi naman un ang pinapa rent nyo.. napaka unprofessional..

We booked it last minutes as we were just touched down manila. Right after 1 hour booking, we went for the place. It turned out that rooms was fully occupied. But the lady in the management managed to find us another vacancy room as the last resort so we were so thankful for the manager. It was worth staying!

I contacted the employee because the phone was broken and he did not fix it. For not replacing I was uncomfortable. I informed the host about this, but she did not answer anything.
