ตอนแรกอุตส่าห์จองไปล่วงหน้ากว่า 6 เดือน แต่ได้ห้องไม่เหมือนที่คุยตอนแรก ตอนแรกที่คุยจะได้บ้านเดี่ยว แต่ไปถึง กลับเป็นห้องเล็ก ๆ ห้องน้ำรวม หากต้องเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว เจ้าของแจ้งว่า ต้องจ่ายราคา 4-500 บาท (เลยต้องทำใจ เพราะเราจ่ายแค่ 250 บ.) อยากให้มีที่พักอื่น ๆ เป็นตัวเลือกใกล้วัดด้วยจัง

โฮมสเตย์นี้อยู่ห่างจากทางหลวง อุดร-สกล ประมาณ 33 กม ถนนไม่ดีนักมีหลุมบ่อมากเหมือนกัน ถ้ามาจากถนน อุดร-สกล เข้ามาประมาณ 33 กม จะมีทางเลี้ยวขวาไปไม่ไกลก็จะเห็นโฮมสเตย์อยู่ทางซ้าย ไม่ควรมาตอนมืด เพราะจะไม่เห็นทางและป้าย ที่พักสะดวกสบาย ตอนเช้าสามารถไปตักบาตรและเที่ยวชมวัดทีีหลวงปู่มั่นเคยจำพรรษา
