Spacious suites in a decent hotel”

Pros: I screwed up my reservation and the front desk attendant was generous in helping me fix it! The rooms are giant! Tons of open space. Minimal kitchenette supplies, but I wasn't using it so it didn't matter. The tub fit me sitting in it (I'm 192cm) which was a rare luxury for me. Cons: Only minor things. 1. The water was a bit of a funky brownish color when I filled the bathtub. Didn't smell or anything, but it was a bit offputting. 2. It's a bit of a walk to/from old town and some of it is uphill. 3. The TV was in a weird place in my room and I was afraid I'd kick it in my sleep. 4. Some of the laminate had been damaged on a few pieces of furniture . Just a little TLC is needed to get it into tip-top shape again.

The check-in time is to be corrected. As per Agoda, the check-in time is 2PM, whereas as per Hotel Reception, the check-in time is 3PM. Please do take note of this discrepancy and room check-in is not guaranteed at 2PM. Rest all are fine. Spacious apartment with all relevant facilities.

My room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal for exploring the Castle and the Historic Centre. Quiet at night. Really enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant hotel, agreeable staff, decent size of the apartment. The only disadvantage was that they do not do daily housekeeping. I left ‘Clean my room’ tag at the door handle, no housekeeping was done in my room.

It was a nice stay, only what we missed were towels, toothbrushes, and slippers. But maybe in Slovakia is normal to not give. The rest was super good.

Excellent stay slightly outside city centre”

We had an excellent 1-night stay here. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street about a 10 minute walk outside Bratislava city centre. At night the area feels a bit deserted, but not necessarily unsafe. Our room was quite large and included a kitchen, eating table, sofa and coffee table, all with new modern furnishings (mostly of the IKEA variety). Staff were very helpful, called taxis for us and gave good directions on where to go in town. We didn't use the facilities much as we were there for such a short time, but would stay again if in Bratislava. Be aware there is not a lot to do there, so I wouldn't go as a tourist for more than a day.

a very good serviced apartment with good service. location is not that ideal and not easy to find, but a tesco express is nearby so for those who wish to prepare a meal or two, ingredients can be purchased from here. we did not encounter an ideal transfer from czech republic, but the reception staff are very friendly and sympathetic towards our situation. knowing it's our honeymoon, they promptly send a bottle of champagne to our room. it was so thoughtful of them.

We couldnt check in on time because of booking problem from agoda but the staff gave us upgraded room without extra charge and everything was well arranged and clean.

Just outside the centre”

A one night stay in this hotel was a good experience. So close to the city centre, quiet and clean area, smiling staff. The hotel suite provided spacious bedroom with a big bathroom separated from the toilet and a living area with a small kitchenette. There is a big parking lot outside the building. The only cons - no restaurant, meal can be ordered and delivered but nothing inside the house.
