Good clean budget hotel”
This is a good, clean hotel if you need something close to NAIA Terminal 1. There arent a ton of amenities like a gym, but it's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is walking distance to T1. I've stayed here before and I would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and they accept international cards. AC was working well, hot water included and complimentary water is just a great thing after arriving late night. Next to the hotel is restaurant. I managed pick up and drop off with their driver and all was going well. Communication with hotel works well via email. Thats great and problem as well as on the airport is no free wifi and sim cards with internet are overpriced - i can afford but i have principles. I tried to call the number given by hotel many times but no answer at all. But all ended well and we can sleep well and take shower between flights. And on the room i met some visitors - small cockroaches. Not a big issue for me just i will not expect that in capital city As a last thing. U will pay in hotel. Not thru agoda. Surprise but foreign cards are accepted. Maybe good to mention it in ad.

Manila Airport Hotel (Old name is OYO Hotel)”
Excellent for transit passengers since the hotel is only 400 meters from NAIA T1 - Walking distance. Grab taxi from NAIA T1 to hotel is only 85 Philippines pesos. Tell the hotel receptionist to call Grab taxi to anywhere including all 4 terminals in NAIA eg Hotel to NAIA T3 is only 240 Philippines pesos. Don't use the hotel shuttle service which costs 600 Philippines pesos to T3 from the hotel. A KFC restaurant is located in the same building as the hotel. A Chinese restaurant is just across from the hotel within the same compound. The old name of this same Manila Airport Hotel is OYO Hotel. Most people know the old name but not so familiar with the new name.

The villas are kinda secluded from the main office and had a nice pool. The AC is not strong enough during the hottest hours. Consider upgrading the Aircon or use split type. Grab is very easy to get in my experience from the area

Was beautiful in 1978”
Was a very popular Hotel in the 70's, models during lunch, great bands and Restaurant, in the Airport area. Still nice, relaxing after a 20+ hour flight, parking--which is difficult to find in Manila and numerous areas. Good rest, a good breakfast and coffee, service was good, prompt and courteous. It has aged, and would be difficult to restore to original due to the lumber that would be required. Crown moulding, not many hotels have now.

Just right for long layovers ”
We have a six year old and a four year old. We touched down at Manila around 12:30am and had to wait for another flight at 10:30 in the morning so getting some shut eye was a must and this was the right place. It’s around 1km away from T1 and we preferred to walk until there over taking the shuttle which was available only once an hour. There’s a car rental, lots of 24 hour restaurants, hair shop and a small dining area at the lobby which was helpful because we could enjoy a decent breakfast of pancakes and local breakfast before the flight. It wasn’t so fun in the middle of the night to be away from the hotel main building, but sure helped with the extra mattress that this villa offers. So funny listening to geckos and Karaoke singing from the nearby bar, but was too sleepy to care. It’s not for picky people looking for a five star experience, but for people looking for decent basics on a budget that’s better spent on other things.

Very accommodating staff! Make sure you get somebody local to call the hotel if you want airport transfer... otherwise no-wise🤭🤭🤭... our stay was very pleasant..
