you get what you paid for. Don't expect too much. Cheap accommodation. But if you want a place just to keep your things and travel sipalay this is a place for you. If you are looking for cheap accommodation this is the place for you.

I have to say sipalay is one of my fav places, I fell in love with the laid back, town, some nice places to eat, visited the local sites, sugar beech etc, manna Pension, was a cheap place to stay, all was well until the trucks arrived, then the drivers began to drink all night, the walls are paper thin, one guy was that drunk he was shouting at the top of his voice, whilst asleep, (at least he had some) in the end we had to go and wake up the owners, who thought it was funny, only when my husband said he was gonna sling him out, did they offer us another room far away from the drunks, this seems to be a truckstop as the truckers turn up a lot (not all of them made lots of noise), but its a realy shame, this place could be amazing

The Pension House is located in Sipalay City about a five minute walk from the market square. We only stayed here for one night so we could look for accommodation on Sugar Beach. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay too long in Sipalay City as there isn't much there and it's quite a way to Sugar Beach and Punto Gallo. There's no ATM's and not many places to eat although there is a resto next to Manna but it only serves what's in the pot. Nice food though.

le pire de nos hôtels en 5 mois passés en asie du se. je pense que cette pension peut convenir pour les petits budgets. nous y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, heureusement. les chambres sont d'une tristesse... douche et wc dans le couloir. matelas en mousse pas confortable. il n'y a rien à faire à sipalay a éviter si possible.
