We were not able to take advantage of the promotion which is pay for one room-one night stay and get a 2nd stay for only P199 and breakfast includes for both days. Breakfast is a choice of american, continental or pinoy. But I inquired from the lobby and they said it runs until end of march. it’s not a buffet, FYI. It is a given that only few people are seen on the hotel, so we felt we had the pool all to ourselves. I like the pool attendant though, knows when to anticipate guests needs, and efficient. So are all the staff we have had the chance to interact. They are all very customer centered with sense of urgency. We had the view of the Busay mountains at 17th floor, the room is clean, though No bidet at toilet which is strange. Overall we had a relaxing stay which was what we needed to regenerate from all the weeks and weeks of being at home working.

My family checked in for the new year, we had fun until the next day the room beside us complained that my kids were noisy. They banged the door and the wall and shouted at us. The truth is, when they complained, my husband and i with my baby boy (3yo) were down stairs eating breakfast and my 5y.o bb girl is ledt sleeping with her cousin who is checked in but from a different room. We found it insulting that we were not doing anything nor making noises to disturb other guesses. Well, to cut the long story short, we were requested to transfer to another room (upgraded room). I was not happy with it. I didnt want to agree to transfer to another room because the complain was not true. The security who was there on the floor observing our room when the complain was made even told me, there was really no noise however the people who complained were elderly and sensitive. Even if we were transferred to a suite room and was offered late check out, i was not happy with it. But in the end, i am grateful for the room divisions manager who handled the situation because she was so kind and she really empathized with us. This stay was different but im grateful that staffs in this hotel are wonderfull people and they really know how to do their job perfectly. Again, the experience was great because of how the staff handled the situation. Thanks to you Ms. Rooms division manager. Thanks for not ruining our new years experience

Great and welcoming staff, clean hotel, room is spacious and best breakfast buffet selections. Thanks to our housekeeping, Cerlito; Ethyl and Razel from Cafe Marco; Jinky from the spa; Noel (pool lifeguard) and Rex, shuttle driver. They deserve special mention as they gave above and beyond customer service. Another bonus is they offer free scheduled shuttle drop-off and pick-up to/from two malls. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay in Cebu ! High on the mountain overlooking the city and ocean ! The air is clean and there is usually a breeze ! There is a shuttle bus to take you to the malls , or you can catch a very cheap cab anywhere you want to go . The staff at the Marco are absolutely fantastic every one from the door people the restaurant staff and the room attendants are all wonderful I always stay here when I’m in Cebu ! Love the place would recommend for families and couples as well as singles

A bit too expensive for me at rack rates, but Agoda comes through if the stars are aligned. Consistently comfortable, good service, good facilities. My only gripe is with the beverage prices. Many hotels have adjusted to the fact that there's a 7-Eleven on every corner and put minibar prices at a sane level. Restaurant beverage prices are also far out of line. Food, on the other hand, is somewhat expensive but well worth the cost. Other than that, nothing to complain about at all. Before a trip to Cebu, MP rates are always the first I check.
