2BR Condo Unit B2B MARINA DUMAGUETE (by Futura)”

My family (4 adults and 1 kid) stayed in this 2BR Condo unit for 3D2N. The owner is very accommodating, kind, and responsive. Similar to her care takers. The place is neat, strong water, good AC unit for both rooms (1 double bed each with extra matress in each room and 1 sofa bed in the living room). I highly recommend the place should you decide to take a trip in Dumaguete. Very convenient place and location. Lantaw and Racers is just across the building which serves delicious and very affordable food. Less than 5mins to another resto, Hayahay which serves brick oven pizza. From our room, you can have the view of the sea on the left and mountain on the right. 5-10mins ride from Sibulan airport and 20-30mins ride going to Valencia should you decide to visit some scenic spots and falls. Overall I'll give an excellent and 5 star experience if you're looking for a convenient place to stay and yet good value for your money. 😊
