lovely apartment and great location”
Just 5 minutes walk from Westfield Stratford Shopping Center and the Olympic Village, this was just perfect located. Just minutes to walk from bus/railwaystation too, and the centre of London is just a tube ride away. The apartment was lovely decorated, clean and a toatly home away from home. Good value for money as well, cheaper than staying in central London, and all the highstreet shops gathered in one place, instead of spread around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Marlin Apartments. Apartments are beautifully designed and well secured. Its location, just a stone throw from the popular Westfield Stratford Shopping Mall makes it even more attractive and suitable for holiday makers. The Stratford station provides easily accessible travel through the London Underground as well as the National train services.

Great Studio Apartment, Value for Money”
The location is walking distance to underground, railway station and national express bus service, quite convenient to travel around London. We really enjoyed staying in the studio apartment, close to Westfield Stratford shopping center and Stratford Center, which very convenient to do grocery shopping. The staffs are friendly and attended to request promptly. The location besides railway, with the glass door closed, the noise still acceptable. Appreciate that we can keep our luggage in the apartment after we checked out, so we can walked around in the city before travel to airport without have to carry the luggage. There is no hair dryer in the room, and the apartment only provide the hair dryer by request. This is my second times staying in the studio. First time, the staff provided the hair dryer to me prompt when i requested it. However, on the second stay, requested for two days, no available hair dryer provided by the room. It will be better the apartment provide hair dryer in every studio.

Brilliant apartment and just a 5 minute walk to Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre, only con would be no air conditioning in room but they have a rotating fan if it gets hot.

Rude staff”
We stayed at Marlin apartments for 6 days. The apartment was very clean & comfortable. The location was good. The staff except for Kevin was good. At the time of check out we asked Kevin about the 200 pound deposit they take when we checked in. He started yelling at us for no reason. He only had to give a simple answer but he just went on shouting at us. We were shocked. Please check your CCTV to see Kevin yelling at us. He should know how to talk to the hotel guests. We didn’t stay for free, we paid for our stay. We have stayed in hotels all over the world but never experienced anything like this. We will not recommend Marlin apartments to anyone.

I was not happy with parking situation ”
stressful after long drive I came to marlin but i couldn't find the place its very hidden thanks to the receptionist lady came out and got us there but than we thought parking was free and she said its £20 for day I was disipointed cos on the side parking placed in the free felicities list if i knew parking was not free i would not book marlin it was even stressful when she said you will receive fine from the camera's if i don't pay!!! arriving to hotel / apart all you want to do is check in and relex so i was not happy with whole situation

Nice big Apartments”
I prefer to stay at Marlin Apartments whenever I travel with my kids, because the rooms a spacious and the location is ideal. Also, it is just a few stops from Central London.

Good but wouldn't stay on the ground floor again”
Overall, I cannot complain much about the apartment. It had everything you need, it's clean, the layout maximises the space (if you have a smaller place). My only issue was that we stayed on the ground floor close to a door leading outside. When the door was used by housekeeping and it was being opened and shut, it in turn felt like our door was being open and shut. Maybe due to the force or the wind I'm not sure, but it definitely felt like someone was trying to enter our room, which did make me feel quite uneasy as it happened alot. If that issue can be sorted out then it would be perfect all around! It is very close to the station and Westfield, about a ten minute walk, or between £4-5 in a black cab (although some might not want to take you because it is quite close, but be persistent! Especially if you're carrying a suitacase or shopping). The staff were helpful and always ready to answer any questions, so no problems there. An enjoyable stay once we tried to get used to the door issue (but that definitely does have to be looked into).

Just what I hoped for ”
Very attractive apartment, nice and peaceful. Helpful and pleasant staff who appeared also ready and willing to respond to request for help. Would have liked more kitchen equipment, for example barking trays (there were none) pots ( there was only one) We opted for a long stay, so the above kitchenware was needed.

We stayed here for a friends hen do and the 2 bedroom apartments were fantastic! Very spacious, modern and clean. Lots of useful facilities and really comfy beds! Would definitely recommend

A Good Apartment ”
Apartment Conditions - good; Large room; Bathroom and shower - good; WiFi - good; Kitchen facility - good but no frying pan. Bad things: take 25 mins from central London by underground and over 10 mins walk to the hotel; although accessible but a little bit far.

Great Place to Stay”
I had a great stay there and its my second time staying at the apartments which i have come to adoore. Its clean, comfortable and affordable. I only wish the apartments are cleaned daily. Another thing is the noise from the trains if your apartment is on the backside. I could barely sleep.

Best stay ever so cosy ”
Stayed here on the 30th December the receptionist boy (I forgot his name)was really present and made me and my mr feel very at home (he was young & we are a young couple) was so helpful throughout the night room was so nice and cosy even had a great view bed was so comfortable and we will defo be coming back!

Three week stay”
As I was booked in for three weeks I was disappointed to be charged £30 for an early check-in when the room was obviously ready. The facilities were ok for my stay. Previous review comments re noise from railway were true, but you soon get used to it. The double glazing & secondary glazing do a good job of reducing noise, fortunately the temperature was not too high otherwise the room would have been uncomfortably hot. If I have to stay in this area again I would consider using this location again.

Only stayed for the one night. Check in was a nightmare. Arrived with all confirmation paperwork that clearly stated 2 room,4 adults (paid for) only to be given one key to one room. They then said that there was only one room booked on the system. The staff then made a call to booking agent who then said there were no further rooms available. There was another apartment available......... In Canary Wharf. Absolutely no good to me as we were attending an event at the Olympic Stadium about an hour later. On asking about the fact that I had paid for 2 rooms, there wasn't,t exactly much help from the woman on the phone.who went onto tell me that I would have to send them an email etc etc etc which I thought was totally poor. It clearly got our short stay off to a bad start. We went to the room which had a double bed and a sofa bed which was not ideal for 4 large males.!! In fairness to the staff after about 10 mins of being in the room they did sort us out with another so eventually got what I paid for,. Not sure if I,d book again through this site as lost confidence.

location a bit far away; lightning out of order”
(1) location a bit far away from Stratford station, about 10-15 min's walk, especially when you have large suitcases. (2) lighting in the corridor was out of order (keeps flashing). Informed the front desk about it but nothing was done after 2 day's stay.
