Over all the room was clean and good services and polite on the front desk and breakfast was simple can accepted plus good location transport to everywhere, but inside the room equipment need to upgraded, we are happy to coming again...

Friendly staff”

Staff are kind and polite. The facility is dated but kept clean. The room was cheap so I have no complaints. There are security guards in the parking lot. Just in front of a train station so it’s convenient.

Not as seen in photos.”

The photo that we saw during booking looks so good. But infact the hotel was so old and tired. We use this hotel as a pit stop for a long road trip and decided to ditch the booking for the return leg as it’s just beyond explanations. The whole hotel smelled like damp rags inside. Carpet was dirty, wallpaper stained, aircond vent rusted. It looks like a haunted hotel. The only thing saving this hotel is the staff. But that won’t justified the price (plus car park fees).

POOR QUALITY HOTEL”

Hotel Marroad Tokyo is a poor quality lodging place I would not recommend to anyone. The beds are old, lumpy, and saggy, the carpet and wallpaper worn, the toilet and bath painfully small, and the halls and lobby reeked of tobacco smoke. Several main Japanese business hotel chains provide a much cleaner, larger, better quality facility for less cost.

心遣い”

国家試験が東京外大で行われるためこちらに宿泊しました。 事前にその旨を伝え、可能な限りの上階かつ角部屋の静かな部屋を希望していましたが、当日は禁煙の最上階かつ角部屋と希望通りのお部屋を用意していただけました。 面白かったのはその部屋が京王東府中駅に最も近い部屋であり、ホームの発車ベルで朝起こされます笑 寝坊しないように終電が終わった後の夜は静かな部屋、朝は駅の音で必ず起きる、そこまで考えてのあの部屋だったのなら相当やり手だなと感じました。 ダメ出しするならば、枕元にコンセントがない事と部屋と朝食バイキングで使われている食器コップ類がほぼ使い回し?と思うほどに汚れていること。これはいけません。それ以外は概ね満足です。

建物は流石に古く設備も新しいホテルに比べるといまいちですが駅からも近いのに静かで清潔感がありとても寛げました。次回は美味しいと評判の中華レストランを利用してみたいです。

飛田給でLIVEの為に利用しました。 荷物が多く駅チカを最優先で、こちらに決めました。 フロントの対応は素晴らしいです。 ただ施設自体かなり古く、お部屋は残念な点がありました ・部屋のクロス汚れ ・コンセントが使いにくい場所にしかない ・エレベーターから離れた角部屋でしたが、ホテルのWi-Fiは全く使えなかった ・ベッドサイドのデスクに作り付けの時計がありますが、秒針の音が苦手な人にはキツイ ・カーテンが完全遮光ではない為朝方眩しくて予定よりかなり早く起きてしまう 個人的に気になったマイナス面をお伝えしましたが、駅チカの為コンビニやスーパーもあるのでそういった面では理想的な場所です。
