near sm ecoland, prc and ecoland bus terminal”
this is my 5th booking here in marton suites and as expected it was great. i really want to recommend this place as it has your own kitchen and utensils the bathroom is superb the bed is super nice you have 4 pillows which is great aircon is super cold the tv is cable walking distance to sm ecoland near food establishments. the wifi is not that great buts its okey it doesnt matter as long as the place is great. what you see in the pictures really as it is. thank you marton suites the owner did a very good job. and 1 thing more its more cheaper in online booking rather than walk in. hehehhe

Great little hotel”
Marton Suites is a lovely, small hotel located in an upscale, gated subdivision for all intents and purposes within sight of one of Davao City's major malls. The hotel is quiet at all times, most importantly at night. The rooms are a very good size and fully equipped with fridge, propane stove, pots, pans, rice cooker, kettle, plates, cups, and cutlery. Fantastic shower, comfortable bed, and excellent pillows. The decor is modern and appealing to the eye. Common areas are breezy and pleasant to walk through. Cable TV and super-fast wi-fi. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the wi-fi. We were able to watch Netflix whenever we wanted without buffering. Service from the staff was excellent on all counts. Recommended.

If you're looking for a studio-type set-up in a room -- one with complete kitchen facilities, nice TV and good wifi, not to mention large comfy bed -- Marton Suites is it! Throw in the friendly staff and it being a stone's throw away from SM Mall (Ecoland), plus the good reasonable rates, and you've got a winner here. Downside is the lack of an elevator and a restaurant or coffee shop and breakfast facilities -- but then with a full kitchen in each room, I guess one is expected to cook. Otherwise, one of the coolest i've ever been in. :)

The best we’ve ever stayed in”
Me and my significant other have tried and stayed in multiple different hotels in Davao city, most “budget” hotels, but Marton suites is our top choice right now. Accommodating staff, a clean and complete room, and a 5-10 minute walk away from SM City Davao, and a 3-5 minute walk from a 7-eleven. Highly recommended!

Big room, quick check in, walking distance from SM”
Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is situated in a quiet subdivision in front of SM Davao Annex in Ecoland. I booked this hotel at a reasonable price of Php1,300 per night, excluding taxes. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was friendly and there was assistance with luggage when I arrived. I requested for a room on the ground floor via my Agoda booking and they were able to accommodate my request. The room was big and had all the usual amenities (wifi, hot shower, toiletries, AC, cable TV) and add-ons (kitchen, big refrigerator). I even saw that there were available pans and other kitchen needs if you need those. The only con was the shower pressure, which was kind of weak. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Davao City.

the owner of this hotel done an amazing job. nice room very clean near sm ecoland mall u just have to use waze app to get into this hotel very safe place. this is near sm ecoland parking lot a lot of restaurants in the area very affordable price. just the wifi , there is a wifi but u need to bring your own if u want a very clear signal.their wifi cannot reach my room but its okey. there’s a very nice kitchen with utensils you can buy at the mall then cook inside the room. the bathroom is amazing hot water is perfectly fine clean room. over all stay was amazing. if u want to book it cheaper just booked online at agoda it is much cheaper than walk in. if you want to go to the bus terminal just ride a trisikel. if. you wanna go to prc just ride a trisikel. u dont have to use taxi. if u dont want to walk then use a trisikad to get to martin suites.

Not precise address”
Marton Suites is not exactly along Tulip Drive but is inside Ecoland Subdivision. The entrance to the subdivision is in between Ecoland Suites and Home Crest. We circled the area 3x before we found it. Google maps was not very helpful.

Very Nice Hotel”
Marton Suites is a very nice hotel with good rooms and quiet location but very near SM Davao Ecoland. It's also near restaurants and places of interest. They also have small kitchen which allows us to cook our breakfast. Will come back again.

Quality hotel in a quiet area”
This property is located in a very secure residential neighborhood very close to the SM City Mall Davao Ecoland. It is a beautiful quiet and cozy property, with a Refrigerator with Freezer in each room as well as a food preparation area with dishes, utensils, and cookware and a gas burner. Our five day stay was very good, with a short 10 minute walk to the mall with everything you need.

Near SM Ecoland, I was surprised with this find. Good CR, comfy bed, full size fridge and cooking areas, TV with cable.. this was a good find if you wanna stay in the Ecoland area of Davao City. Walking distance to SM Ecoland. Down a private and quiet street.

The place is situated near SM Davao-Ecoland. A fair walking distance. The room is perfect. They also have cookwares and utensils ready to use. I appreciate the hospitality they showed. They even did the extra mile when my car was polished when I checked out. Two thumbs up. Kudos!

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Room is clean and big. Basic cooking utensils are provided. It is about 5 minutes walk to SM Ecoland which is perfect for shopping and dinning. Love this place. Will definetly stay again the next time I am in Davao

Affordable and decent suite room ”
I am after value for money since I only need a room for sleeping purposes, hence I recommend Marton Suites. One improvement though is if you opt not to use room 6 if the smoking area is outside the room itself because the smoke comes into the bathroom. Not sure if there is a problem with the ventilation, but I happened to smell the smoke through the bathroom. Overall, good location, security and value for money.

Great Price, Room Had a Smell(from Cooking), Good Location”
Got to book this hotel at a great price. Property is located in Phase 7 of Ecoland Subdivision, walking distance to SM City Davao mall. Staff were very helpful. But the room had a smell perhaps from cooking in-room. I would appreciate they make the room smell good.

A real value for money”
Pros- location is walking to SM davao city. And there are public transportations going to Bankerohan Market and other impt destinations. - a real value for money. Amenities are complete, with AC, with regular size ref and utensils and other stuff for kitchen. A queen size bed with tidy bathroom. - staff are accomodating/gracious.
