Best hotel to be offered near Tokyo station”
Although it was right in front of Tokyo station, the noise cancelling was fantastic that I slept like a baby. The service was great and just loved the location and clean room.

Situated right next to Tokyo station, Marunouchi Hotel is our favourite hotel in Tokyo. Staff are super helpful and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Ideal location to travel short or long hall due to its good access to various train/metro network.

Large rooms in convenient location ”
Oversized rooms for Tokyo, very comfortable. Perfect location to explore, reach the JR lines and several metro lines without going outside which was nice in the cold wet winter. Lots of shops and good restaurants nearby. I had no issues with noise.

Pricey but worth it”
Second time we stayed here as it’s just so central for an early Shinkansen connection. Only here for 11 hours, very comfy beds and our rooms were on the 17th floor this time and a great size. Wonderful breakfast too in our package, BOTH buffet and an alacarte item.

The location is very ideal. Just across the street from the Tokyo station. Hence, ideal for those who plan to move around Japan via the shinkansen and other trains. Lobby is at the 7th floor. There are so many dining options nearby, especially inside the train station. Rooms aren’t as small as the other hotels in Japan. Bathroom has a tub, which is great so you can have a warm bath after your long walks in Japan. Interiors are clean.

Great location with impressive view”
This hotel is great for its location. Being right beside Tokyo station, it is close to a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and it is very convenient to take trains. It is also extremely convenient for activating JR pass as there is a JR service center right inside Tokyo station. The room also had a great view of the train tracks and the city. The room is a bit small for the price paid, but the location is definitely the best.
