Pros: -This hotel is located nicely with baker st station, Marylebone station and Regent park are nearby and within less than 5 minutes walking distance. -the cell phone in each room has unlimited internet so you can use it out side the hotel also you can make free international calls to some countries. Cons: -The rooms are small even to London standard which are already small. -There is no lift so you will go to your room using the stairs it will trouble if you are traveling with a baby and you need to use a push chair. - there is no fridge in the room and you need to ask for it to be installed in your room. Tips: - insist to get a twin room they are much larger than a double room. -request to get a basement room they are the largest in the hotel.

The room was clean and modern, even though I booked for room with no window I think it is still comfort and you will have a good sleep after traveling around london. The location was good, the hotel is located in Kilburn area. You can go to tourist area in central london within 30 mins via tube (Bakerloo line). Kilburn Park tube station is only 5 mins walk form the hotel. The best one is in this are you can find many of halal restaurant. Then if you look for hotel which is not really expensive, clean and not really far from central london, this hotel will suit your expectation.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel and were let in by two friendly staff, who showed us up to our room on the top floor. The room was stiflingly hot when we entered as the radiator was on full blast, but they helped us to get it sorted before they left, and it turned out fine. The room doesn’t quite look like the pictures, it wasn’t large and spacious, it was a small room but it was perfect for what we needed. Very modern looking, very clean and perfect for one nights stay after a night out in soho! Very good value for money too. Towels were provided, there was a large flat screen television, the only thing that was missing was some hand wash by the sink. But we will definitely be staying here again!!! Very pleasant hotel!

I booked a special room for disabled room size is fine.. not that small beds can be moved and organized the way you like. the staff are So So So friendly and helpful. we would never find such staff in any other hotel. they treat you like you're part of the family not as a guest. breakfast is until 9:30 .. and it is tasty and cooked at the same time for you. the location is also great. 5 to 10 minutes walk to every supermarket or attractions or pharmacies or anything u you want. I recommend this place .. forget About room size.. you're going to a hotel to sleep and wake up and do your business or shopping the next day.. so nothing to complain about.

When I arrived to the hotel I met an great man so helpful from day one I will never forget his name (( DAINIUS)) . Everything was perfect, the rooms were so clean , all the staffs were nice and helpful, I stayed for more than 9 nights. I haven’t had any bad comments. Good breakfast included. Some of the staff speak Arabic and other languages. What I really like most was the location. I walk every morning to enjoy the regent park and lot of good restaurants and places around l. Bus station a few steps away which so cool about the hotel. Sooo amazing hotel. If i have chance to visit London again for sure i will stay at the same place.

The Blandfort has a great location, just beside Baker Street tube, only 10 mins walk from Oxford St but on a reasonably quiet residential street. It's just around the corner from Marylebone High Street which has lovely shops and some nice pubs. Our room was small but had plenty of storage space. It appeared to have been refurbished recently and the bed was comfortable. Downsides were a rattly air conditioning unit and a feeble shower. We enjoyed the well stocked free breakfast buffet.

We booked a twin room for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 year old), and specified it at the time of booking. When we arrived the hotel manager offered to "upgrade" us to a larger room, which has a double bed and unusable sofa bed. Although we appreciated the gesture, we couldn't use the sofa bed as it couldn't open and the mattress was bad. We asked another hotel staff if we could change into another room but she refused saying that they were kind enough to "upgrade" us already, and that she was only working for the hotel and could not be responsible for not giving us the room we wanted. We asked to speak to the hotel manager but it seemed that he refused. I think the hotel should not advertise their rooms as habitable for 2 adults and 2 kids - we could have booked 2 rooms or booked another hotel. We didn't benefit from the "room upgrade" as we were expecting our booked room should be large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Besides, the staff's feedback was weird, esp for a Best Western hotel.

After Agoda messed up our original booking, 8 hours later we were finally given rooms here. The staff could not have been nicer, kinder or more helpful and went out of their way to help us. Could not recommend the hotel enough. Lauren, Victoria and Letitia on reception were amazing and the concierge staff were great. The bar in Carluccios makes a great nightcap. We would definitely book directly with them next time.

We stayed last week for three nights B&B the staff were great, The location is superb and is very quiet at night, the room very clean and bed very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the breakfast is just okay the serial choice was fine but the bacon was awful and it was the same each morning,they were streaky bacon which here in Ireland is called streaky bacon and is known as the cheap bacon, the rest of the options were just fine. We Booked through a third party booking site and got a very good deal and had prepaid for breakfast each morning otherwise I would have gone elsewhere for a full English breakfast.

I didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews ( and responses from the hotel!!) however it was a great little find. I stayed in a studio room and it was small - as expected, however I couldn't fault it! Very comfy bed and everything you would need. 2 minutes walk to Marylebone high street with some great restaurants near by. I would recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel because I intended to shop in the area; Oxford and Regent streets and of course Oxford Circus. The location is perfect. Surrounded with many stores such as, Debenhams, John Lewis, HnM, and Selfridges. We can also find good restaurants and cafe in the area. Regarding the hotel, the room was warm and cozy. However there is one thing. I booked the room via a Agoda to get deals/promotions, naturally at lower rate (nearly half of the standard rate) In effect, i was not given any options for requests, such as front view, large bed, late check in, etc. I got a room in a quite further corner with small window. I was thinking, perhaps because I paid less ? I don’t know. It is expectable though to get the same service regardless. Anyway, still nice and warm room with an antique wall heater.

Pros: The location was amazing. 2 minutes from Marylebone Station. Bed was comfy and room, spacious. We reached a little early and had a some trouble contacting the property as the address given led us to another property. But that was settled. The nice guy we met led us to the apartment. He helped us with our luggages and made us feel at home. Thanks Mohammed! Cons: There were no dishwashing liquid despite there being a kitchen. The lime scale in the kettle was horrific. Pots and pans were slimy. There were only 2 tiny tubes of body wash provided. Practically no sound proofing whatsoever. Could hear every knock and footstep in the hallway.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mandeville. Hotel is in one of the best locations in London, easy to walk to Oxford Street and Selfridges, the gorgeous shops and cafes of Marylebone high street, close to both Bond St and Baker Street tubes, within walking distance of Hyde Park and Regent's Park. The hotel staff were lovely, the rooms are high-quality - great linen, beds and overall style. We have stayed before 7 years ago, and our return visit in 2013 did not disappoint. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay, the hotel was charming and the room was beautifully designed with top quality accessories (two flat screen TVs, espresso machine, large bathroom, lots of storage space). Staff were charming and friendly, service was excellent. Location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Marylebone and minutes walk from Marylebone High Street and Oxford Street; yet street is quiet and tucked away so no traffic noise despite room being on street level. Room was also excellent value - last minute suite at just GBP300 on New Year's Eve.

It was good. The hotel was well located, rooms were nicely decorated, lots of charm and character. Definitely feels like I have walked into the past with how the decor was done up and the old lift in the building. Perhaps to maintain the theme, the bathroom was not the state of the art found in some other 4 star hotels. Staff service was not the best I have encountered, but not terrible either. Just average. It feels like a family owned hotel, as there are not many staff supporting the operations of the place.

Very stylish boutique hotel. Staff were lovely and very attentive. I stayed here the day before my wedding ceremony an for my wedding night. The hotel is a stones throw away from Marylebone Town Hall and Baker Street tube. My room was very clean and beautifully styled. Staff also arranged a complementary bottle of champagne and nibbles on our return from our wedding reception which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast was amazing and 10 out of 10 for the gluten free musili which was an absolute delight. All in all a fantastic hotel.

We are from Tokyo. We enjoyed our previous stay at Europa House in August, and returned this time in September. We really liked the warm atmosphere in the apartment and the staff is very kind. We went shopping for groceries and cooked meals in the room. Since my daughter is going to school in UK, and has coach weekends, this is one of the best places to stay with family from overseas during those holidays. We felt at home and safe, so have decided to stay in November again.

Pulled up outside The Langham and the service starts right off, greeted by top-hatted staff outside. Bags left my wife and I get escorted into a gleaming marble lobby. At this point you know you've won gold. Check-in is brisk and pleasant. Whilst we waited for our 9th/top floor junior suite to be readied, we were shown to the 3rd floor Exec Lounge - bright, airy and incredibly comfortable - where we enjoyed champagne and canapes. Open the door to the suite and you're hit by the amazing city view, modern and luxurious furnishings. Friendly professionalism from the staff all the way to being safely delivered. The main restaurant - Roux at The Landau - was booked for a private function but after eating at another nearby Michelin star, we returned for drinks at the buzzing and award-winning Artesian Bar for the well-heeled. Several Bellugas / G&Ts later we headed to our suite and found a personalised gift from the hotel. Just topped off a perfect day. Breakfast and check out - flawless.
