The facilities is complete and provided ! The location is just located at mongkok station D2 , 2 streets away . It’s so freaking near !! Definitely a great way to meet new friends form all over the world 😉 We hve breakfasts and travel around Hong Kong together ！definitely not suitable for those who taller than 165cm because the bed kinda short . I hope the owner will provide mat so we can dry our feet after shower ! Thank you !! Overall is GOOD!

Pros: 2 minutes walk from Mongkok station. Lively and convenient neighborhood. Friendly receptionist. Nice room decor. Cons: Room slightly dusty. Very low water pressure at the shower. Lack of hangers and hooks for clothes and towel.

Location wise? Common just 2 streets away from mongkok station. The market is all walking distance. And most of the michellin star cafe or restaurant around here. I based myself here and find it good to travel. We waited for the reception guy. Passport, checked in at 15F. Went back down. Key in the password. And a cramped size room im in. The toilet we had was ok despite needing to squeeze. AC was cold. Bed is tough. And then its the roomate you get. No safe. Hot water available. Road noise was nil. Tbh considering HK. Its ok. They provide some towel like handkerhief but i brought mine. And toothbrush too. Water filter with hot water available for bottle. Other than the price and location. Dont see anywhere else as its expensive

1) The location is very good , downstairs quite lively, shopping, eating, traffic are worth recommending 2) the hotel provides free washing machine and dryer service, but more than 12 at night there are people in the queue to wash clothes 3) all of Hongkong's rooms are very small, I am a backpacker. So I am not care too much, the room is a little bigger than I used to live , but the toilet are clean and spacious 4) a public space, a refrigerator, microwave oven, drinking water machine, very convenient 5) towels and disposable toothbrushes are self-service, with 24 hours hot water

Way too Small( 2 tiny bunks with 4 people in a room barely big enough for 1 person). NOT RECOMMENDED”
I would only stay here againif this was the last place available and I would only stay for one night. I can not believe they squeezed 2 bunk bed with 4 people in that tiny room. Yes this is Hong Kong which has smaller rooms at hotels but I have stayed in numerous rooms in various hotels/hostels at the Chungking Mansion in Hong Kongwhere this is located which had bigger room for 1 person. I would definitely not stay at Master Inn again. The twin bunk bed was also too short and I am short 5ft 3” and my feet was practically hanging off the bed which meant my feet could not hang because the length of the bed is the length of the room with no extra room. Plus the mattress was hard as rock. I would not even call it a mattress and I like firm mattress but this was too hard. I felt the mattress and this was more like sheet rock/ like wood, not a mattress. There is also no space in the room to store your luggage. Barely any space in the hallway to store it either.

just my personal preference, i prefer good air, good ventilation. if the room just fit two beds, that's good enough. i was stayed in the four bed in one small confined room attached with toilet, no window so the air in the room is bad. the toilet is not clean and rubbish in toilet not throw everyday. only can fit one person to walk in the room. i have bad experience staying with two china lady tourists. one she smoke in the room and ignore your message and feelings, and another one..she is the only one insist off the aircon...my goodness (?), imagine the air(smell) inside the room. overall, the boss and staffs there is nice. but they are not there until 2pm. anyway, thank you and it's nice to meet the people there. take care

Bed in male room (No. 14) are just too short for my heigh as I am 170 Cms., tall, my feet cannot stretch comfortably. The toilet in restroom makes quite noise when flush and slowly drain. Bed matt is quite hard when sleep. Blanket and bed sheet are clean and safe with pin code when entering the main door and room door. Wifi and plugs are provided good enough to use and for charging. The area is great, you can hop in either bus or train easily when reach down the main street. Food and restaurants are around with quite lots of choices near by.

The room was really small, as almost all cheap rooms in HK. Bed linen was clean and the air conditioning was working; so I could sleep well. The hostel is well located; easy to get to from the airport (40 mts from exit 2 of the MRT station). The WiFi connection worked well during my whole stay. The bathrooms were small and with some water always on the floor, but enough to have a refreshing shower at the end of the day. In sum, the place was more than ok for what I paid (usd 18 per night), since accommodation in HK can be really expensive. To stay for a few nights.

How can the owner mix a male and female guest, I WAS VERY UPSET .whrn we were inside the dormintory( master inn) a man just come inn. I am upset and the man apologizes. we went out the room and I called the owner.he said we wait 5 minutes . but 20 minutes gone already we were still standing outside the room . maybe more than 30 mins. we saw a woman just pass by and seems pretend dont see us . as she was leaving the floor I asked her I am.waiting for somebody to give us the room. that's the.time she asked.me to.flow her . we went to the counter and the.man trying making funny. and ask me to produce my passport. I very upset and I td him that I dont want to make trouble, do you want me to call police and he said no, no no,I gave my I.d and he still ask for my passport and that's make me shout, I told him WHY YOU NEED MY PASSPORT I gave you my H.K I.D. what you need my passport do I need.to go home and get my passport. many more stories. Short beds — if you are over 160 cm tall you cannot stretch out. Tiny room and smelly bedclothes. Narrow corridor filled with stuff. No lookers. Wifi works, but the connection is slow. AC doesn't work properly. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to metro.

The room is very small with 4 people. You hear everything from the people talking outside of the room. The hostel doesn't clean the bathroom everyday. The hair stuck the drain hole , so it flood after shower. And the quality of the customer is really bad, they don't know how to respect others who are staying in the same dorm. And there is no one in the reception before 1pm. In the other side, they provide free laundry, dryer and water. That is the only good part. I will never stay in this hostel again and won't recommend others to stay here.

I came to the hotel around 9 in the evening and there's no receptionist and have to wait for over 30minutes. I took hostel type of accommodation. 4 bed space in one room. The room was very filthy and all my roommates were Chinese men. They were all smoking and looks like they already live there. It is the worst hostel ever! I cant sleep because i can breathe in the smoke. When i went back to the reception, no attendant so i just booked another. Dont ever go to this hostel.

It's in quite old apartment. The Flats are quite old. I guess they have 2-3 flats, 3-4 rooms/flat. The bed quite thin, can not turn, legs will hit the wall draw. It's not safe (anti -fire). I stayed in Flat 1208. Just enough for who want the cheap price.

location - 5 stars near from everything. Train - 2-3 min. walk 7/11 abd Circle K - less than a minute Food stalls - everywhere Malls - you’re gonna go crazy, tons of it are actually just around the area room - not recommendable. There were bugs, foul odor (smells like shit, no joke), too small for 5 persons. airconditioner - no good cleanliness - super fail however, there was a provided common area which includes the ff: blower, kettle, sink with hot and cold, tissue/toothbrush with toothpaste (you can just grab what you need if you dont have one. Take note: only one for yourself dont take everything)
