Amazing Place To Stay”
I was a little skeptical about the place as I only went through the review after I booked the hotel. After staying at the place, I am glad to skip the reviews before I booked. The place was so new (Well, they looked very new to me) and clean it was way over value for the price they charged. It feels like a high end club house to me. The bed is very comfortable. The tube is spacious, the shower room is fantastic and the lounge is like my own personal place where I can enjoy my work. It even has a special lift to bypass walking through the front hotel and get to the street. That's how thoughtful of Japanese hospitality. It is 3 minutes walk to Matsue station (Bus/Shinkasen) 1 way and 5 minutes walk to a very nice AEON mall the other way. For those who complained about no food after 6pm.... look harder at the traffic light junction and you find food at AEON mall even at 10pm. I will definitely back here if I revisit the place. Oh, did I mention Matsue has D BEST SUNSET VIEW in Japan?

Near JR Matsue Sta, nice bathroom, toilet and amenities”
The staff is friendly, he (the old man) specified every rule, access etc in the hotel with carefully in japanese until i understand (bcause my japanese just so so) I stayed 2 nights in women dorm style room and just 4 guests in there. It has a separate lugage room and private locker to each guest. Get a towel, tooth brush, and pajama. The bathroom and powder room is awesome. 10.00 - 15.00 is cleaning time, so guest who stayed more than 1 night must not in the hotel in that hours.

cute cubic hotel”
i stayed in the cubic part of the hotel for two nights. it was my first capsule experience so i wasnt sure what to expect, but i thought it was excellent! in the womens floor there is a lounge, nice showers, makeup areas, and lockers. the lockers arent super big but theres luggage storage as well. the lounge was nice and had free coffee. the shower and makeup area was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. overall the facilities were great! the capsule itself was small as youd expect but somehow roomy. i was worried abt privacy but it turned out the screen thats pulled down over the capsule is sufficient. bring ear plugs tho, some ppl are snorers 😭

Best Budget Friendly place to stay in Matsue”
The hotel is located within just 5 minutes of Matsue station so it's very convenient to get around the city. The rooms themselves are very clean and everything in the dorm area is very nice.

Wow, nice place”
We stayed in female capsules. We were very impressed. They were roomy (roomier than most capsules I've stayed in) and the whole place was set up very nice. We wished it had been just a little bit cheaper, but overall wow!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not adjustable for every single room. You could only switch between on and off - what means that you either freeze or sweat. We also had a cockroach in one of our rooms! Better spent some more money!

An uncomfortable stay”
1. The bathtub is very very small. 2. Sent a message to the hotel that I wanted to have a room which is away from any entrance or elevator as I want a silence room, but they still provided a room which was just next to the elevator. 3. Totally no wardrobe / shelf / drawer / safety box for storage.

Reasonablly priced business hotel”
This hotel locates very close to Matsue station. It is a bit old hotel and the building and interior need refurbishment soon. I don't mind to stay here for a couple of days just to sleep. Price is very reasonable.

Decent hotel, close to the main station. Clean and friendly staff. However, the water in the shower was not hot enough with low pressure

Great Location for Slighly Worn Hotel”
Room was well appointed. Slightly bit of street noise but not real bad. If stairs are an issue (bags or just getting around), you enter through parking lot elevator which isn't very attractive. Bed wasn't most comfortable on this trip. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Ageing hotel”
The hotel staff were polite and friendly but the hotel itself has no charm. It is very close to the station, but in a non descript part of town and on a busy road. Not so good for light sleepers. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Small room. Good location.”
The location was great. It was next to the station and to the convention center where I attend to a conference. The room is really really small and it doesn´t look like in the pictures. Not many english speakers at the reception.
