Our home”
Staying at May Bungalow felt like coming home. We actually referred to it as ‘home’ ☺️ May and her crew are so nice and are always there to help you. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and it was really quiet. Don’t forget to bring an eye mask if you don’t like waking up early because of sun peeking through the curtains ☀️ The location is excellent to discover Mui Ne. We rented a scooter bike via May and went to the red & white dunes and visited some excellent deserted beaches. It’s also close to the beach and next to a really nice foodcourt. On our last day we came to realize we could also order breakfast and lunch at May Bungalow so we did and it was really good! Thank you May & crew!

May Bungalow is a nice place to relax and not far from good food and sights in Mui Ne. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The food at the bungalow is good and very reasonably priced. The pool is clean and good sized. My daughters played there all day. We stayed in on of the cabins next to the pool. It was cleaned daily and comfortable for our family. If we come to Mui Ne again we will stay at May's.

Feels like home”
Room was clean and ready on arrival. The styling of the grounds is modern and instagrammable. The host is smiley, sweet and so helpful for booking buses, tours and giving recommendations. Food is extremely good value. I would go as far to say we had our best banh mi in Vietnam here. The pool is clean. There is a food court with a bar and pool table on your doorstep.

Home Sweet Home! ”
If you are looking for great value, outstanding service, and fantastic staff look no further! We initially booked 1 week at May Bungalow but ended up staying for 3 weeks! We were taken care of so well by the manager Yen along with her brother Son and their wonderful staff Truyen, Nguyen and Bao. All of the staff were so good to us, we didn’t want to leave! Nothing was too much for them to do to ensure we were comfortable and they always did it with a smile! The food was very reasonably priced and tasty and fresh, especially the Pho Ga that we had daily! Our room was in the main building and was very comfortable and bright with great A/C, comfortable bed, great hot running water, and very clean! The cleaning staff came in every day and did a wonderful job to freshen things up. The pool was always clean and well serviced. The grounds also have a lot of creative and artistic features that were fun to explore. We are already making plans to go back next year! Thank you again May Bungalow!

Cozy and beautiful stay”
Loved the colours in this property, you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into conceptualising the look and feel of the place. May is super helpful and lovely, definitely chat with her to know more about Mui Ne. She helped with my bus booking and made sure I was all set :) the pool is great, rooms and property was sparkling clean. I cannot recommend it enough for a relaxing time!

What a difference a personal friendly touch makes”
Beter a 2 star hotel like this one than a 4/5 star with cold people and overpriced food & drinks which couldn’t beat those of May. Really touched by this warm and friendly people! And if you like food and nice beers, May’s is just next to the popular and famous food court, where you can select your drinks and foods from dozens of small restaurants. We really loved it!

Location wise not so convenient”
Location wise not so convenient as it is a bit far from the beach. However, for travellers that enjoy peaceful environment - highly recommended! The staffs here are very friendly and nice. Rooms are clean and big.

Ok, could have been better”
The good bits. Nice pool, quite pleasant setting and good sized rooms (We stayed in 2 types). The not so good. Staff attitude was hit and miss, occassionaly good but usually less than I would expect from a hotel where you are paying to stay at and their business is hospitality. Often I would walk into reception and the desk would be unstaffed (there must have been 6-8 Staff members). Someone could usually be found sleeping on a mattress in a side room (no matter what the time of day). But it was general attitude that I found frustrating which could so easily be rectified but wasn't. Ie. Walk into reception area and receptionist looks at you, no smile and says 'yes?'. How about 'good morning/afternoon, how can I help you?' There was a loud party on our first night next door, karaoke til 2am and very loud. We moved the next day so a smaller room and the aircon was very weak - to the point where I had to put a wet towel on sweating kids. Spoke with a guy in reception (I interrupted his game of cards on his phone which wife was most unhappy about). He came to the room, played with the remote said 'no problem ' and left. It was hugely frustrating. The following night was pretty much the same, practically zero aircon. I very much doubt I was the first customer to raise this issue. The staff eat in the reception area, you'll be lucky to get any sort of acknowledgment if you happen to be in reception when they are eating. Room was 2 days and not cleaned also. This place could be a lot better with a small amount of extra effort. Perhaps my expectations are too high as lots of people seem to rate this place. Or maybe I lucked out a bit

Great place with amazing staff!”
We stayed at the May Bungalow for two nights and had a great time! Especially the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We even got an upgrade on the room we'd booked. The rooms are nice and very clean, so is the pool. We also really liked the breakfast - best pancakes we have had in Vietnam so far. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the city centre (therefore more quiet) but still has many good restaurant options closeby. Would definitely stay there again when back in Mui Ne!

MAYBungalow is a terrific hotel to stay in in Mui Ne. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay! The room was immaculate and the grounds were also well-manicured. The hotel location also cannot be beat as it is next door to a food court serving diverse cuisine. Additionally, MAYBungalow is close to the popular tourist destinations in Mui Ne, such as the white and red dunes, fishing village, and Fairy Stream. I would recommend MAYBungalow to all my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional hotel”
Spent 3 comfortable nights at the May Bungalows and can't say enough about the excellent staff. Not only friendly but extremely helpful and service oriented. May Bungalows is located in away from the busy touristy resorts and still retains a local feel. We ate our breakfasts and lunch there - not only reasonable but also tasty. There is the touristy food court around the corner but there are great local restaurants like the vegetarian "Phat Duyen" to the left of the food court. Popular with locals and tourists. Loved that the swimming pool is bigger than the other hotels in the area. There is a small kiddie pool and a deeper longer pool to do a proper swim.
