Nice place to sleep”

My family and I were in Hongkong just this month. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The space of the triple room is enough for small built like us. But maybe for other guests like Westerner or other guests with big built, the space may be not enough for them. The room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It has free WiFi and TV (but there are only 3 channels I think). It has aircon and water heater. Checking in was kinda hassle because its reception area is located at the 3rd floor. We arrived at the hotel late due to our flight arriving late. I was not informed about this. But with the help of the building admin, I was able to check in. The receptionists were Filipinos. They gave us good orientation. (Thanks to Ate Marilyn). As for the location, this is great since the MTR (Tsim Sha Station) is just outside the building. This is also along Nathan Road (major road). As for the cleanliness, our trashes were cleaned daily. I'm not so sure about the bed linens. But the towels are changed daily. This place is recommended if you are in a budget and would like to stay in TST area.

First time booking with this Guest House.Staff are very accommodating. Their location is a plus, near everywhere. Near in TST station, 30 steps away. I definitely be back in this Guest House.

Rude Staff during Check-in, Good Location, Budget”

The check-in process was very hassle, i think it take almost an hour to check-in since we cannot find the person in charge after calling and going up & down from 9th floor to 3rd floor(reception). The staff who welcome us was very rude and when we check the toilet, it was not functioning well so we ask if we can have a pail for the meantime, but HER RUDE REPLY WAS WE DO NOT PROVIDE PAIL AND ADVISE US TO USE THE TRASH BIN and told us to call the building maintenance. Before coming, we already set our expectation low due to reviews but we did not expect this type of lowliness. But we did not let that negativity ruin our trip though this the 1st we encounter this type of issue of the many travels we've been to. Pros: Me and my 8 friends stayed here for 5D4N this late January 2019. The family room is very small but bearable. Their is heater but you need to figure out how to use it. Near to MTR stations, convenient stores are nearby as well as fast food chains.

Budget friendly. Old building at the heart of TST. Room we had is the family which I expected to be super small but to my surprise it’s decent enough for the 4 of us. No windows but other than that everything is ok and room was cleaned everyday

Suitable for solo trip , not advisable for big group of family. Pillow too flat.

our first room, the aircon is not working but the person-in-charge transferred us to a bigger room. Room was just okay - place to stay by night and leave your bags. Though the area inside the Mirador Mansion building is skechy :/

Acceptable”

Hostel was small which was expected of the price. Has a password lock for the main door and door of the apartment. Convenient and is near TST MTR stations. Thing is, towels are very thin and ragged, wouldn't help you dry up. Bathroom also smells. Heater seems to be malfunctioning. Found peice of hair on my pillow when lying down after arrival. Sheets also look yellow.

安くて場所が良い”

地下鉄駅すぐで、どこへ行くにも便利。バスも多いです。繁華街に近く、周りにスーパーやレストランも高いのから安いのまでいろいろあります。 部屋は狭く、そんなに綺麗とは言えませんが、泊まるだけと割り切れば十分です。物価の高い香港でこの値段はありがたいです。浮いたお金で香港グルメを心置きなく満喫できます。できればドライヤーがあればと思いました。

เราไม่สามารถเลือกได้ก่อนเลยว่า จะได้พักที่ยูนิตไหน เพียงแค่เราเช็คอินตอนไหน ห้องไหนว่างก็จับลงเลย เจอห้องไม่ดีก็เรียกเวรกรรม เจอห้องดีก็ถือว่าทำบุญมาเยอะ 555 ห้องที่ได้คืออยู่แทบจะสุดทาง สัญญาณเน็ตก็อับมาก ประตูก่อนเข้ายูนิตคือปิดช้ามาก แล้วก็ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเราว่าไม่โอเคเลย นอนเล่นอยู่ มีคนมาบิดลูกบิดในห้อง จนลูกบิดสั่นอย่างแรง ดีที่แม่บ้านมาเจอ (ได้ยินพูดเหมือนกับว่า คุณเข้ามาได้ยังไง ออกไปเลยนะ) ตอนเข้าพักได้ห้องชั้น3 เสียงดังมาก เหมือนห้องเก็บของ แล้วกลางวันไม่ทำงานกันนะ มาทำตอนกลางคืน โยนกล่องกันไปมา เปิดประตูย้ายของ บลาๆๆ คือรบกวนเวลานอนมาก แต่พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีอยู่นะ เหมือนเป็นแม่บ้านชาวฟิลิปปินส์ เราเลือกที่นี่เพราะพักรอขึ้นเครื่องกลับแค่คืนเดียว เลยไม่อะไรมาก ถ้าหลายคืนคงเปลี่ยนที่พักไปแล้ว เพราะมันไม่โอเคเลยค่ะ ผิดจากที่พักอื่นๆ ในแมนชั่นเดียวกันนี้
