Overnight Stay”
The room is bigger than expected and better than pictures. It has a 1 king bed, 1 single bed, 1 decent size TV with cable, shower with heater and split type aircon. The only thing I would suggest is to offer better set of toiletries. I would like to commend the staff especially the front desks. They are very knowledgeable of the area and provide guests suggestions. Also, the Italian owner is very kind and asks us about our stay. The resort has authentic Italian restaurants. They serve 3 kinds of breakfast. I hope you could add Filipino on your menu soon. The ambience is very cozy. Plus, they accept card payment. It is true that it is 10 - 15 mins walk from Dumaluan beach with Php25 entrance fee. And, 15mins away from the Bohol Airport. They can contact car or tricycle for a minimal fee. Overall, it is good stay. I would love to come back.

Customer service is not available for 24 hours. We wanted to checkout the nightlife after 11 pm however all the lights were turned off after 11 pm and no was available to open the gates.

Our front desk is open from 7 am until 11 pm and the caretaker of the resort sleep in the front desk area in the night time and is always available to assist our guests for anything. Our gate is never locked and our guests are free to move in the night time so you only thought that the gate was closed and so you didn't try to push it for can open it.
An Excellent Selection; No Concerns”
My stay at Mya Playa was fantastic. It’s a very cozy hotel situated in a well-manicured setting. The area is quiet, safe and secure. The hotel is well lit with video monitoring. WiFi was very good although I did lose signal after midnight for two of my seven days stay. The entire staff was always helpful and very friendly, especially Iza, who set herself apart. They can help with tours, excursions and transportation. The restaurant was very good for dinner with Italian and Filipino dishes. Pricing is most reasonable. The breakfast menu was set and included three choices — Continental/Italian/Filipino. My room (#3) was satisfactorily spartan and was perfectly adequate. It’s footprint was very large; had excellent air-conditioning; excellent TV reception with multiple channels; plenty of electrical outlets; a comfortable bed with multiple pillows; a small desk with chair. The bath/shower was fine. I am most pleased with my Maya Playa experience.
