Two nights in mini heaven”
This is such a beautiful resort that it feels like heaven itself. That mystic feeling which you have been craving for is here. However, like everything else in life there is a room for improvement. 1. Nearly all rooms have the same view that is tress so thick that you cannot see anything and I mean literally anything. 2. Location is a little bit of an issue if you wish to explore the City at night. It is outside the city and the local cab drivers just ask fares which are exorbitant. Other than the above two everything else was the way it should be.

Loved the stay at this hotel! The built and rooms were amazing! If you're in for the Casino, you should go for this hands down. Small but neat casino! For the food - was not much appealing , especially the Buffet. In our opinion, having ala-carte is a better option. The only catch here is , that none of the delivery restaurants deliver here and hence, you'll either have to stick to the hotel food, or get it packed for yourself when returning to the hotel at the day end. The travel desk - headed by Yogen, was superbly managed. he planned our entire north east itinerary and was super helpful! The lack of transport to and fro from the hotel makes it a hassle to return the car as it needs to be returned early around 6 PM in the evening. Overall great stay! everyone was super helpful and courteous!

We had gone for new year and they forgot to take the money for new year party . After we reached Darjeeling they called and we realised and made the payment . They gave us a free stay in Goa but due to lockdown we couldn’t use it . Now when we tried contacting to use it . They are ignoring . I think they make mistake we are expected supportive to help but we don’t travel on a free voucher in the specified period because of lockdown they will not support to accommodate this was the only thing we did not expect from such a big group . Otherwise the place is overpriced but nice for a day or two
