The room doesn't have WiFi access

I liked the location of the caravan and the swimming pool. The resteraunt was nice. No hot water

I REALLY FEEL LET DOWN AND THINK THAT I should get some sort of REFUND There was no hot water and nobody Could have a shower or wash and there was no water pressure it took a while to fill a kettle. The place was dirty and dusty and the decking was filthy with bird poo and a bit SHAKY. YOU should not be advertising this as you should see it for yourself. Even the windows were filthy Please note my complaints and get back to me ASAP

property is on a hill it would be better to know this before stay as my mother struggled with the walking to & from the facilities. There was no Wi-Fi in the property again would be better to know before hand to make alternative arrangements for the kids iPads etc.

Location was excellent few minutes walk to all the amenities.

Caravan was really dirty!, sofas where stained and externally dirty, to the point i had to give them a spray and a wipe before sitting down, pots and utensils where filthy and needed washed before use and the floors clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time my daughters white socks needed the bin!…bedrooms where disgusting, clearly had things on the walls which had been ripped or fallen off leaving marks and patches on them, bed linen was clean but the bed extremely hard and very uncomfortable…had no hot water for the first 12 hours of the stay as the boiler wouldn’t light!,had emailed with no response for many hours later… no central heating for the price which i find is very shocking…small heaters where provided but did little to heat the caravan! That bad that we decided to leave a day early. Definitely wouldn’t return

Over all a great break for the family, everyone loved it. With the mix of activities onsite and off site it can keep everyone amused. Easy to reach food and drink, and the caravan was lovely and modern. Having the decking really helped as kids and adults found it relaxing to sit with a cuppa.

Cleanliness. On arrival it was clear the caravan hadn’t been cleaned properly, with fake tan bottles under beds, dirty wipes laying around, and food still in cupboards. Some of the Windows seals where weak which did add to the overall coldness in the mornings, central fire couldn’t start but other heaters where provided but just wasn’t enough for the winter months.

The caravan could have had a full size cooker.

Considering we have gone through a global pandemic, and following strict infection control / cleanliness guidelines I was absolutely appalled to have stayed in a caravan that quite clearly did not take that on board! The caravan in general was very dirty, dusty and not equipped to cater for 6. When we arrived our living room floor had just been washed, but left excessively wet & very clear that the floor hadn’t been swept before hand as there was clumps of dust and hair in amongst the wet floor, under the table and chairs. Our couch area had crumbs everywhere and a wrapper under the cushion. Glasses / cups were wet in the cupboard, a dirty tea towel was found scrunched up in a ball in the cutlery drawer in amongst dried food particles in the cutlery sections. When I went to use the frying pan, it was thick with grease and just put back in the cupboard. None of the rooms, or living room had curtains, the blinds were very dirty and dusty and some were even bent and broken. We had to block out the light with hanging towels. On one of the beds the linen was stained and hair was found. Toys/money/empty boxes were found in two of the rooms under the beds / top of cupboards. Our bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t shut properly so when it rained the water poured in. When I went to sweep the floor, the brush was thick with hair and dust. To top of our findings, we found a rolled up cigarette in the kitchen cupboard that was quite clearly laced with weed!! I have emailed to discuss my concerns and upset but have had no sincere apology or acknowledgment, or even a reply on my last email. Was pretty much my word against there’s as they claimed the caravan was left to a very high standard, so unfortunately not the case! Please avoid booking because I have never seen such disgust!

Location was good and sofa and table and 2 single beds fine

The double bed was worst bed I’ve ever been on the toilet room is far to smalll no enough plates bowls cups etc the bin in kitchen broken no curtains in the place blinds dirty and no the best quality out door seats and tables needs renewed oven was no great took ages to cook anything in it and no wifi ether

Good location. Nice, good sized caravan. Everything you need for cooking.

The beds were not very comfortable.

All in all apart from the main door clip the caravan was great luckily it wasent any worse of an injury

The clip to hold the main door open was broken unfortunately my 2 year old felt the it wen the door blew shut and really hard and shit her thumb in it had to take here to first aid to have a look she got a really sore one also I would suggest to anyone going to haven not to u can't book anything on the app it never works do not buy play passes I payed 120 quid for 6 and never even used them atal was a joke

A nice clean place, near to the beach.

Toilet was to small, because the sink is to close to the toilet.
