Undersirable attitude of staff”
We were book for 5 days. We were not i formed that there is no parking area. Strangers as we are, we were begging for advise where to park as we do not know the area. We were just told "its your problem and risk where to park". The guard on duty, Jose Biton, even engaged us to shouting argument and never helped us at all. He never dared to assist my brother while having difficulty in maneuvering amids the traffic in order to drop off our luggages for the reasin that he cannot leave his post. All he can do is stand in front of the hotel door and give directions. But he never did. Once our luggages were dropped inside the hotel, he managed to help the hotel staff in bringing our luggages to the 4th floor, hence, he left his post. All because, he wants some tip from us. Everytime we walk thru the hotel door, he never assists us or greet. We were forced to pay a parking slot everyday and hire a cab in going to the hotel and in getting our car. There was a defective intercom that we need to go up and down the 4th floor if we need assistance. We were never given a tissue paper. Worst the airconditioner broke that we need to spend a night without it. The staff needs to be oriented.

Location-wise, I will definitely recommend this hotel. Near to malls and public market. The hotel was relatively clean. Typical room, best for light travellers. Staffs were so-so but they answered you once you asked them. I highly commend the guard (daytime). Hes smiling and always greeting you everytime

They don't respond to phone, email, or SMS. The costumer service is bad. We tried calling them, emailing them, texting them and no response. Nobody is picking up the phone, and they don't call back. Also, no response to my emails.

The location is excellent, at the heart of the city. Walking distance from Ayala mall, there are lots of restaurant and grocery store in the vicinity. Great location for commuting traveller, accessible to PUJs and tricycles. The only downside is that their staff need trainings. They are not that accomodating, they won't

We were at the 4th floor and we can hear rats/mice running above the ceiling. Also, there were times that we can hear someone pulling the chairs and bed. I asked the staff and she answered that it was because they clean the rooms whenever people check out. We would sometimes wake up at 10pm because of the noise and it was quite a problem for us since we go to sleep early. Hence, rooms are not really soundproof. Overall, i think the place is okay for the price. It’s cheap so we get what we pay for. Plus points for the location. Accessible to the market and transportation.

Good location but no parking”
In the listing, it is mentioned that there is a parking. But upon checking-in, the staff has no idea where to park and told us we should find it ourselves. To improve their customer service, I suggested our parking location to the staff in case there will be guest who will bring cars. The place is not suggested for those who bring cars as Legazpi City has many hotels. But the location is perfect for shopping, both in malls and markets.
