Cheap but very nice and clean room”
Staff from the guard to room cleaner to frontdesk and the lady I spoke over the phone when I inquire about the requirements of checking in are all accomodating and friendly. Sure to be back.

Nice place and near the port a 10 min ride from this place, good for its value. Much better than the place we stayed at the galera after lol, near stores also, if your interested staying here go for thier excutive suits, it have a viewing balcony and larger space, a very neat room looks japanes and modern inspired theme.. Very accomodating staff too. You will enjoy staying here i a sure..

Good Location and Value for Money”
Located at the heart of the city, I was able to walk around for food and shopping. Really good location and friendly staff. The facilities are clean but of course, don't expect 5-Star level cleanliness, you get what you paid for. The room was HUGE! The bathroom could do some work but nothing too terrible to ruin my stay.

The location is very convenient because all the stores, from food chains to botique, are very accessible. Everything is walking distance. The staff, especially the ones on night shift, are very approachable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is affordable, too, especially since we are students. Thank You MRH - Batangas City. 😇✨

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and convenient. I just had a problem when ordering my coffee, i waited for 1 hour but they didn't deliver my order. And when I called to cancel my order because we already need to check out they told me I can't cancel my order. So i still waited for my coffee but after half an hour it still didn't came. So I called again to follow up but they told me they already cancelled the order. Such a waste of time. It would also be much better if the staff is accommodating, it seems like their always angry. And, I suggest the hotel offers free breakfast. Anyway, I will still choose to book with this hotel, it has great value for money 😊👍

Very good location... in the heart of Batangas City. Near (short walk) to many food establishments/fastfood, banks/ATMS and convenient stores. It just beside Novo Department Store which has so many cheap finds.

Good visit, But lacking things”
We travelled as a couple. Im nineteen we had some complications due to the age requirement, since they only allow who are 20 years old above. They had a no refund policy so they allowed us to enter since we paid in reservation. So we were put on hold for 15 mins before they allowed us to come to our room. Since we were a reserved couple. They left our room with 2 towels, tooth brushes, a toilet paper and One small shampoo. The rooms were definitely clean. The Cr had no basin but it was wide. The room was air-conditioned. Things that were lacking on the room: Fridge, kettle, basin, closet, nighlight. They were lacking things like FRIDGE to put our food and chill our drinks. They didnt have closets or cabinets to put in our clothes. They don't have a kettle for hot water so we had to go all the way to the lobby just to pick hot water. I wish they had a night liggtso it wouldnt be so dark when I turn of all the lights. Things I didn't like, Cons about the hotel: The staff tends to stare at you. Specially the guards at night he was starring at my boyfriend as if he was a kidnapper. Need to go all the way to tge lobby just to get hot water so I had to balance the water to not spill while riding the elevator. Pros about the hotel: The bed was nice specially the blanket was soft and comfy. The room was air-conditioned, and it was dang cold. The cr was wide, perfect for a couple. I just wish they had a fridge to store food, and a closet to store clothes and nightlight for customer satisfaction.

We were supposed to check in at lipa meaco, but unfortunately my partner booked the room at batangas city. When we came to lipa, we were told that we don’t have the reservation, the receptionist told us maybe be booked the batangas city meaco. In our surprise, they allowed us to transfer to lipa meaco. And they were very friendly. But, it could have been more convinient if the hotel has the parking area and elevator since the rooms are at third floor of the building and no one will gonna accompany you to bring your things specially if you have baby. But overall, the room were worth the price of stay for one day.

Location is very much accessible to any where. Room and comfort room is very spacious for us couple. There were a few insects around the room. Staffs were surprisingly accommodating and nice. Very much a good deal for its price. They charge you for the stain on the beddings tho. Still recommended.

the location is very convenient, public transportation is just outside.. it is near the market, near the mall, near the banks.. the only downside is, it was rainy during our stay, i think there was a storm coming.. the windows leaked and the internet connection was very poor.. the management need to focus on that for improvement
