        Very friendly staff and the room was excellent”

        The staff were very accommodating specially to my inquiries with regards to directions on places i wish to go. The place was very clean, the room was very nice and all facilities were almost new.

        More Than I Expected”

        I could rate it as 3-star hotel in terms of their rooms. Big rooms and comfortable beds, nice rest room and clean. Maybe because they were operating for 3 years only but hopefully they can maintain it in comings years.

        Never Again!!!”

        Stayed with my family for 2 nights because we were stranded in Ilagan City due to typhoon signal no.3,here are the reasons why we are not satisfied in this hotel: 1.The staffs are not considerate enough to let us re heat our food/baby foods. 2.The door locks were not properly maintained,some were broken. 3.The staff called to inform us for a wrong check out time. 4.The staff accused and informed us for 1 towel missing, and we got stressed out because we need to check out and worried that we will be late for our travel itineraries, only to found out that the housekeeper just missed to add on her inventory.

        Budget Price. Clean. ”

        For me, a foreigner , the price is cheap. Room is clean and big. No shower curtain and floor is all wet after shower. I used a towel as a mat so I won't slip. They tried to charge me for a dirty towel. I explained and was waived.

        This hotel is very clean, have a very good shower and good AC. Additionally the Wi-Fi is very good in the room! For other future guest, you can really choose this hotel in Agoda the pictures fit to the reality!
