Good Budget Hotel to Shower and Crash”

For a little over 1200php per night we got a decent bed with nice sheets and four pillows, quiet inverter type aircon, relatively quiet room (Rm 308) and decent warm water shower. TV was okay too and there were sufficient electrical outlets. The WiFi and cell service were very weak inside the room (only worked occasionally and not for long). In general though, I'd return based on the good qualities which I consider more important when looking for a decent budget hotel to shower and crash for a night or two.

No parking slow and always disconnects on WIFI, no elevator and the rooms are in the 3rd floor. Clean rooms, the staff are nice and hospitable

False information. There is no car parking in this Hotel, only for motorbikes. The closest one is in. Very Public Market, so I had to find my way back and had to take a tryc after parking. Saw probably 5 bugs on my 1st night. There was a stench coming from somewhere too like a drainage. Just terrible. Would’ve paid almost the same price to the previous hotel I stayed at with absolutely better experience (they just didn’t have availability for the next dates)

Very inadequate water supply. It's murky. Very slow to no internet signal. And worst, no elevator. No drinking water in every floor.

moist yung kwarto, like paghiga mo parang basa yung mga unan at kumot. yung binigay samin na towel is punit punit na. wifi sucks you have to go out to your room para makaconnect or worse connected ka pero wala nga internet all. not pwd friendly kasi 3rd floor pa ang mga rooms. okay na din kung matutulog ka lang naman, mababait ang staffs.

No parking, very poor internet signal. I work while wi travel so internet is very importan. They don't have parking. You will be forced to park your car a couple of blocks away and pay for parking. The location is very congested it is located in the center of the "market". Not senior citizen freindly. Their rooms art on the third floor and they do not have lift.

Worth it!”

Clean room and toilet. 5-minute walk to Jollibee, Dunkin Donuts, and RTW Stores. 10-minute walk to a Catholic Cathedral. Present security guard (24 hours maybe). Television available. With water dispenser available at the first floor. Being your own tumbler since rooms are at the 3rd floor. Maybe, next time, a water dispenser shall also be stationed at a central area at the 3rd floor for easier access. To wrap, 'twas a great stay! See you next time!
