Wonderful and homely”
Truly a homestay. The location is absolutely beautiful. It's next to a small road but the other side is paddy fields and view of mountains and the endless sky. The staff is the sweetest, so genuine. The hostel area is a big space with five double mattresses for each guest. I was so comfortable and slept like a baby. Usually not a fan of sharing space but it didn't matter here, infact it was nice. This place attracted nice warm travellers. The narrow balcony up there is cozy with the view. Food option is very limited but quite tasty. Everything was perfect. Watch out for mosquitos! Super itchy bites.

A beautiful homestay”
What a delightful and modest place with a peaceful and beautiful landscape. Thuong, the owner was super kind and help us to rent bikes, book a tour and she cooked us such q delicious food. My friends and I, we really appreciate our stay and I can only recommend that homestay. Btw, don’t forget to experience the bicycle tour and the opportunity to dress up with the traditional clothes of the region.

The owners were really helpful, friendly and nice. The food (breakfast included, and dinner there is possible) was really awesome good quantity for a good price. Views and environment worth to see. Bathrooms so clean. The only thing for us was the hard mattress. I would definetelly recommend!

Phuong and thuc! You guys rock! ”
Thank you to the gorgeous couple Phuong and Thuc for looking after us at meadow Mai Chau. We were told that we were their third guests as they had just opened their little homestay. Phuong and thuc were very welcoming and caring. The homestay is brand new so everything is immaculate. The rooms don't have heating and Phuong gave us extra blankets just in case. (They weren't needed). Breakfast is basic (bread, eggs, coffee) but that's all that's needed. Phuong also provided an amazing dinner for 80k per person (more than we needed as 2 people but we devoured it). Bikes are provided to get around/into town and both Phuong and thuc drove us to the bus stop after our stay.

Stayed here for two nights. Nice location about a 20 min walk to the city center or a 10 mins bike ride. Can bike to various villages nearby. Host was quick to answer any questions. Breakfast was yummy and the bathroom was always clean. It gets a bit buggy at night but the mosquito net protects you (stayed in shared dorm room). It will be buggy anywhere in Mai Chau so don’t let that discourage you, just pack some bug spray. Would stay again, cheers!

Beautiful homestay! The room was clean and new. We really like the restaurant as well. Above all, the staff was AMAZING!! When my friend got sick they cooked her soup. I had a little accident and they assisted me above and beyond! I really recommend this homestay 😊

An amazing place to stay!”
Meadow Mai Chau was such a wonderful place to stay. We had a great room with the best view overlooking the mountains. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was always delicious! Breakfast was also great. The host was so helpful and approachable, we booked our bus to Hanoi through her and nothing was too much trouble. Free bikes are also available too- everything you need is there! Would 100% stay again and definitely recommend!

Der Homestay in der wunderschönen Landschaft ist perfekt, um ein bisschen zu entspannen. Man kann auch mit anderen Reisenden in Kontakt kommen und das Personal hat Vorschläge für kleine eher unaufregende, aber nette Ausflüge. Das Essen ist super. Die Fahrräder, die man sich umsonst ausleihen kann waren in einem sehr guten Zustand.
