The apartment itself is simple but nice, the views are amazing can see all of Manchester. Lewis the lad who arranged the check in/out was a massive help in helping me find my way around easily. Great stay

The staff barely replied my emails”

The price is decent, locations is excellent. But it is so hard to contact the staff. I don't know if Lewis is the owner or just staff but he barely reply my emails and not helpfull at all
