と、スタッフさんに伝えました。 雪が積もるかなで到着ました。スタッフが駐車スペースの雪かきをしてくれるのですが、スタッフが1人だけなので、駐車後宿に入るまでの雪かきがなく、靴がびしょ濡れ。 夕飯のお品書きにあった酢の物が来なくて指摘したら、9,000円の食事には酢の物があり、5,000円の食事には無いとのこと。最初に説明するべきだと思いました。また、朝食も値段の差があるのかと聞くと、無いとの話でした。4,000円の差が酢の物だけとは‥。 布団を敷いてくれるのですが、足で布団を蹴って敷くなど、呆れてしまいました。 古さはありますが、掃除などは行き届いていて、風呂等も素晴らしいのですが、どこにもある男女で入れ替えする工夫がありませんでした。 朝食もスタッフが客を相手にする気持ちがないのか、たった1人で対応。立ち位置も客から見えない位置にいるので、こちらからホールに行って呼び出す始末。 せっかくの素晴らしい見晴らしや施設をスタッフが台無しにしてしまう典型だと感じました。

車で向かいました。駐車場は無料ですが、チェックイン時間10分前で既に駐車場の半分程が埋まっていたので車で行く方は早めに到着することをおすすめします。 チェックイン時に一部工事中であることのお詫びとしてワインを提供されているとのことでしたが、食事の際に出てきませんでした。私たちは普段からお酒飲まないので出なくても特に問題はありませんでしたが楽しみにしてる方もいると思うので気をつけた方が良いと思います。 お部屋もとても綺麗で、食事も夕、朝共に和食でとても美味しかったです。 ロケーションは街並みが見えるだけでした。 夜に花火が見えてとても綺麗でした。

ゆったり”
部屋もゆったりしており、家族4人で宿泊しましたが、ゆっくり休めました。貸切岩盤浴、貸切風呂も予約出来て、早朝の大浴場も良かったですね。朝食も息子はご飯3杯、私も2杯食べてしまいました。庭で鯉にエサを与える事ができ、子供達が楽しんでましたね。
