So glad I stayed here”
Being located just off the main street, it is less hectic but still a great location with the main attractions within walking distance. The spacious room with clean floor boards felt cosy & homely. I slept very well as my room was quiet & the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Bathroom's glitzy gold decor was zany ! The hot water control could be tricky at times and the shower head aiming position was too high so one needed to hold it to rinse. Their Western and local ala carte buffet breakfast fare was delicious and nicely plated. I looked forward to it every morning. Reception staff were fluent in English and so helpful. It is a good idea to book the airport transfer from the hotel to avoid any unpleasant experience. Really good value accommodation.

Excellent and Highly recommended”
The Hotel is well equip, rooms were spacious and clean and well located in the heart of the Old Quarter and is walkable to most of the landmark. I paid for a 3 star hotel (which I personally feel should be a 5 star) and received a 5 star service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra miles in making our stay memorable and carefree. I am extremely overwhelm by their service. Breakfast provided was great, there is plenty of option and it was delicious. Everything exceed my expectation and I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Hanoi again. Stop looking at other hotel and make this your choice! You will not regret it!

Impeccable service and room”
The room and service from all staff members were impeccable. The room was very clean, quite soundproof (considering the location is in central Hanoi/old town), and prepared to be very comfortable. It’s a classy hotel, always with fresh flowers in the lobby and some in your room and with very professional breakfast service. The staff remembered all of our names, including those of our kids, and were always ready to assist us. On the way to the airport, the one staff member made sure that the taxi would only charge us a fixed amount and not over that amount. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Hospitality! ”
I've stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world paying 5 times the price, which is why I must leave a review on this gem of a hotel. Mercury Central Hanoi made me feel special, , but I arrived via a tour van with no specific time indicated, just a notice that I would be arriving in the evening. When I did arrive staff were already outside waiting to welcome me, I was really shocked, I only expected that my room would be ready, but they made extra steps to wait for my arrival by the entrance and they greeted me by name even before I stepped in the hotel, I never felt so warmly welcomed, it was my first time. They only needed my passport and then another staff quickly gave me and my brother welcome drinks and cold towels, then were quickly assisted to the room with our belongs and documents in tow. We were upgraded to a family room, which is significantly larger than the lead-in room I booked. The room had hardoowd floors and good air conditioning. The bed was heavenly, honestly much better than the JW Marriott I transfered to the following day. The sheets were plush and no residue, I'm particular of the sheets as I easily have reactions. The room was clean and felt fresh. Breakfast was delicious and made to order, I love that. I highly recommend this hotel, the people operating this hotel are passionate with their craft. Great value for the price I paid. Location is also great. Most of all the staff, from the doorman, receptionist, and to the housekeeping are assets to the wonderful guest experience.

to tell the truth, we did not expect about the survice or cleanliness for the hotels in hanoi. But we got that is not true as soon as we arrive at the hotel. There are good staff,survice and cleanliness. We stayed 3nights, and all of us can say we can stay this hotel again. I can say that this hotel is a good hotel in global basis. Thanks to all staffs!!

Wonderful staff. Dialled a call for me when my erratic SIM card refused to, volunteered to come to the bank with me to retrieve a credit card swallowed by an ATM. Very friendly, courteous, caring. Clean room, narrow but long - comfortable and suitable for an extended stay. Breakfast is hard to beat. Plenty of choice.

it's worth to spend time and money here, even though still tough time due to covid 19 but everything is ok. Staff and manager is professional too . Consider to come back next time and highly recommended for whom going to Hanoi, easier for you guys to travel cause this hotel locate right in one of 36 old streets of Hanoi.

good location. walking distance to Lake. Visited the lake on Friday night, the lake is so lively and happening. The staffs are so friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was upgraded, and the bed is so comfortable. Morning breakfast served in ala carte way. Order from the menu and cook on the spot. All the food are hot and yummy

I decided to see reveiws of this hotel. It was grateful morment for me to staying here. The hotel was small but inside room were wide and big. at that time, the staffs gave me a window room. It means grade up in free of charge. mornig buffet was order system . So I can eat warm breakfast. And also they were very helpful and warmful. Even i took part in other locul tour and car to the airport they were so kind.
