One night in Bristol”
The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well proportioned. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Check was swift and without issue. My partner and I stayed for one night and really could want for anything else.......perhaps with the exception of a more generous tea tray in the room, but that is really splitting hairs.

Highly recommended and spacious room”
We arrived a little early and they let us in as the room was ready. It was super spacious and had all the facilities we would need for a trip. My wife and I really loved it there and would definitely come back again!

Nice room. All the basics - including coffee facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. One of the best I have seen in a long time!

The best room, we stayed there for Valentine’s Day and they upgraded our room to a privilege room for the same price! Amazing room, the best room I’ve ever stayed in, so spacious. Can’t recommend this enough and the staff were brilliant.

Rooms are very nice the corridors need a bit of TLC. Excellent staff. Not a problem for me but my wife was unhappy that there is no heating in the bathroom. I would go back again.

Big room. It was pretty comfortable

Great location, good décor”
Hotel is in a great location in the old town. Lot of restaurant's, popups, food stalls and pubs around. Staff were friendly, easy check in. Room was nice, had the things needed for an overnight stay. However the shower had mould (black) and the shower head (handheld)/bath was covered in slime, shower water pressure was terrible. Other than the bathroom issue, a pleasant stay.

Good location shame about the swimming pool”
This was a really convenient location, near the training station and the centre. However, we had booked because it had a swimming pool and were disappointed on arrival, so find this was closed for maintenance. We were told we would get a discount but still waiting to hear. The rooms were good and the staff all very polite and helpful.

Friendly staffs and clean room.”
Good facilities. You can play pool and desk football game in the reception. But price was slightly expensive compared to other hotels of similar level.

Standard classic double bedroom ”
Reception staff very helpful & polite. Room clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plenty of choice. Only issue the tongs used were being touched by all customers & hard to use. I will next time use cutlery from my table. I read so many bad reviews i was worried. But excellent hotel will definitely stay again.

Good location, tired in places”
The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, the pool area looked a bit old. Showers were cold in the morning.

Very good”
The staff were friendly but room 471 was in major need of a clean the bust was awful. The light fittings needed work, and a clean. The duvet was ripped and the divan had a rip in it. The size of the beds were fantastic.

Need to keep Late night Parties away from bedrooms.”
Overall the hotel room and breakfasts were fine and the staff were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the had let out an events room, which was about 10 metres from our bedroom, for a private party. Because of the loud noises of revellers coming to and from the room it was impossible for us to sleep. It did not become quiet until after 01.30 am.
