This is by far the best value accommodation we have ever stayed in. Extremely reasonable rates considering how spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed the rooms are. The bed was more comfortable than any other we have ever slept in. The staff are friendly and the hotel is conveniently located a short walking distance from the shops, parks and the lake. We will definitely stay here each time we have to visit Canberra.

Comfortable modern hotel in developing area”
Rooms: spacious and comfortable; thoughtful appointments (wireless charging points on the bedside lamps, USB charging points, a comfortable sofa, good tea and coffee making facilities). District views are attractive with lake Gininderrra not far away. Hotel is attached to the local Labor club which provides restaurant facilities so food is hearty and good value rather than fancy / high end. There is a Woolworths Metro and BWS liquor store within 100m. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Fitness room was basic but has essentials (dumbells, cardio equipment, some machines). A self service laundry is provided. The local area is still developing so can be a bit quiet at weekends or public holidays.

Beautiful and clean, everything modern and new. Bed was very comfy, very quiet with little outside noise. Right next to the Labour Club, so great for a night out then 1 minute walk back to hotel.

New hotel, good rooms and clean. 2 negatives, as the hotel was new so had some issues with Aircon in 2 rooms, fixed after 2-3 hrs. Other is that breakfast was available in next door club. Other than that all went smooth

Brand new hotel close to large Westfield shopping centre with supermarkets and food stores. Easy access to all areas of Canberra and very reasonable parking rate

Good Pub!”
The only downside was that the paper I was given in lieu of a compendium, Covid driven, did not mention that to turn on the a/c one had to put one's card into the 'special' slot. Booking in in the middle of a lovely day there is no need to get extra light etc but you can also put that down to being old and getting older!
