Superb stay with happiness ❤️”
We spent a night up there with total of 4 rooms. All staffs were great and very attentive from the hotel cable station to hotel itself. Mr. Mathieu and Mr. Sun greeted us with warm welcome, the rooms were clean and well decorated. Our family had lots of fun at the Fantasy Park during the day and Beer Plaza at night. Breakfast was good as well with many choices of tasty food. Only thing was we didnt get to visit the Golden Bridge as it rained so hard in the next day. We will surely come back to this beautiful hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night and was really extremely enjoy my stay here although the view was facing a restaurant, but the service was good, from the checking in to checking out of the hotel. The - point was the dinner buffet as there wasnt much dishes to choose from given the expensive price paid. overall really enjoyed my stay here!

The stay very pleasant. Hotel nice and staff are lovely and kind. A nice experience for family. A little pity for the day of my stay as raining all day unable to take good pictures at day and night. The breakfast is varied and nice. Would definitely come again on good weather month.

It is a hotel with many advantages. The cable car will be closed after 5 p.m., so tourists will all leave Banahill before that. From then on, hotel guests can freely travel around Bana Hill to take pictures and enjoy their leisure time. However, the regrettable thing is that there are not many stores open after 5 p.m. Prices are also expensive due to the nature of tourist attractions located at the top of the mountain. However, I recommend this hotel because it has many advantages such as being able to take a solo photo at Golden Bridge and being able to freely use the Alpine Coaster.

The Mercure Hotel was a fantastic place to stay an experience Ba Na Hills (Sun World) everything was close enough for us to walk to an hang out at.. The hotel staff was friendly an helpfull an went outa their way to help us in everything we needed. I have no problem recommending the Mercure Hotel.. The only thing i noticed about Sun World is that its like a Disney World atmospher an kinda isolated an the local prices fot things reflect that isolation. altho this issue has nothing to do with the actual hotel an its staff it is something to consider if planning on staying there for a prolonged period..

My best decision to put a night at Bana Hills, Breakfast is good and you should not missed the happy hour at Beer Plaza, only cost you VND360,000 with a tower of beer and enjoy the night with other hotel guest. Friendly staff and the bell boy is "insisting" to help with the luggage, feel lovely!

The only one hotel in Bana Hills with 7 buildings. Some have their own restaurant for breakfast but some don't (you have to have breakfast at the main building). Stay and enjoy good breakfast, early morning visit to golden bridge and good view at night.

Noisy but staffs turn it to good experience”
On 3/9 night, there was a group of thai drinking party at the beer garden. They created so much noise till my family couldn't get into sleep. I called the reception and one of the front desk staff went to check what was going on he stopped the party from making further noise and gave us late checkout till 12pm.i would certainly return if i ever visit Danang again.

Only one hotel at Bana Hills, you should stay if you wish to enjoy Bana Hills more. Facilities are good. Breakfast is good, have both local and international cuisine. Walking around at night is a must.

A night in a fairy palace”
My daughter loves fairytales and she wants to stay in a castle. Ba Na is a great choice for her. We spent all day playing and exploring in the fantasy park and the surrounding. Ba Na at night is quiet and very chill. We can fully enjoy the atmosphere and the vibe in Ba Na at night when tourists had left. I extremely recommend families with young children to stay at Mercure.

The service worths 5 star. They took care us from the cable car untik we reached the room. The breakfast is ok. Room view is beautiful. They also offer dinner buffet with reasonable price. I wish I stayed here longer

Thanks to the team for making our stay (anniversary) memorable and pleasant. We appreciate all the hard work as well as the decoration on our anniversary. The only way to reach the hotel is by cable car (estimation about 25 minutes), the longest cable car I ever take and I am afraid of it. After a Long journey, it is all worth the nervous and frighten of the cable car. The ambience of the French village is real awesome. It is cold during the night so remember to bring jacket. I would recommend to stay a night in this hotel when u r in Ba Na Hills. Kudos to all the team. 🥰🥰☺️
