Beautiful hotel but out of nowhere ”
Full comfort and very nice rooms and pool area, food was remarkable the staff also really helpful. There are shops on the premises, but if you want to go anywhere else outside the resort, you will need a car.

it will be one of my favorite places and we'll come back”
we spent 5 days with our 8 months baby girl... we really loved the place it's so comfortable and chic... all the stuff was so helpful with a smile... when I asked for a special food for my baby they was so care ... I recommend it for young couple or old ones for relaxation and enjoying the beach and the sun ... the family as well will enjoy there is a pool for children and 3 for adults...breakfast is the most delicious meal for me for the bakeries which was so fresh and yummy there is lots of variety for the breakfast... lunch and dinner wasn't like breakfast but it was good...the value for the money is excellent... we will come back ever year

Nous pensions que le Mercure était une valeur sûre mais c’est une usine à touristes. Le personnel à la réception est sympathique. La propreté des chambres est à revoir. Les restaurants sont plutôt des cantines avec beaucoup de monde, de bruit et des plats sans intérêt . Sinon les jardins et les piscines sont bien entretenus. A ne pas refaire pour nous.

三餐全含，不过味道一般，在埃及都这样，也就不要太挑剔了。房间比较宽敞，还带一个看海的小露台，适合在海边发呆。

المكان جميل و نظيف و العاملون يتعاملون برقى مع النزلاء و لكننى نظرا لاننى كنت احد النزلاء مع الاسرة فى يوليو 2016 و قررت إعادة التجربة هذا العام فلاحظت انخفاض مستوى الطعام هذا العام بشكل كبير عن العام الماضى حيث تجد الغداء روتينى و لا يتغير على الاطلاق لدرجة اننى قررت مقاطعته فى اليومين الاخيرين و لذلك اقترح ان تلغى وجبة الغداء مع عدم المساس بالاسعار لنرتفع بوجبة العشاء لان الهدف ان تستمتع بالطعام و ليس الهدف هو ملء المعدة بأى طعام
