Amazing staff/manager”
This hotel has no private beach but it has a good location. Restaurants like KFC,Pizzahut,Krispy kreme are near. Atm and supermarkets are walking distance. Hotel facility is old and outdated there is no special in this hotel. BUT I was so impressed how they treat their guests. All employees are hospitable and accommodating from the cleaner to the receptionist and even the manager. They will treat you like a real VIP regardless of your nationality.

I would not recommend this hotel as it has all the wrong set up from dirty hotel, bad service, old furniture, loud noises, only one elevator that you need to wait very long time to reach your room, no towels, and bad parking facility. I asked to park my car using the hotel vallet service and in the morning I had to go outside the hotel somewhere to get my car and when I found it it was dirty, my display setup was changed , the seats set up was changed and cigarettes smell was all over the place. Not recommend at all and I advice you to choose another hotel but this one. Please note I have no previous knowledge of this hotel and picked up based on the reviews which were not accurate.

My accommodation in Mermaid Beach Hotel Ajman from February 25, 2013 to March 3, 2013 first time and Shortly time, Regardless of the level of the hotel and the service, but all staff in Mermaid Hotel very cooperative for everything, also he characterized as sea view, finaly Despite what happened to me of special circumstance, but I was very happy to stay him again.
