Location is perfect. It is inside the wall, but very quiet area and a few minutes walk to the centre of activity. Had a room with a large balcony facing the old wall, it was lovely to sit and relax. Nice family run operation

Situated right inside Itchan-Kala, and a nice tea house is just nearby. Room is clean and the owner, Jaladdin is willing to share every info about the city. Only problem is the water, you cannot refill, hv to buy a new bottle. Looks like whole Khiva is the same. :) Oh ya! They have a roof top area, and the view is awesme!!

Very well located within the ancient wall, perfect to explore Khiva and walk at night to see the monuments. The hotel/hostel has a very authentic decoration, and it is comfy, but is very basic (Uzbek hotels are still quite basic). Staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast was poor, it should be highly improved with fruits and other options.

Consiglio a tutti questo carinissimo B&B a Khiva, soprattutto per la gentilezza e la dolcezza della famiglia ospitante. La colazione era gargantuesca, la mia camera ampia, molto pulita, con un bel bagno e anche con un enorme terrazzo che dava direttamente sulle mura della città vecchia. Il proprietario mi ha aiutato a organizzare un paio di escursioni ed è sempre stato attento e dolcemente educato. Se mai nella vita dovessi tornare a Khiva, sicuramente alloggerei di nuovo qui

This family running hotel is wonderful. I felt like I had been at home. The family has beautiful children. The room is clean. There is a very tasty restaurant close by. They arranged the taxi to the hotel of urgench by way of ayaz qa'la. The driver was very kind. Thanks for your hospitality!

城壁内旧市街のB＆B”
イチャンカラの旧市街に位置して静かなロケーションがよい。 北門から入り城壁沿いに右へ進めば5分位で着く。 西門からも7分位で到着する。 イチャンカラ内は狭いのでここからならどこへ行くのも近く問題ない。 オーナーはおとなしくて、馴れ馴れしくなく一定の距離感がある感じがかえっていいかもしれない。 聞いたことにはちゃんと適切に対応してくれるので問題ない。 宿泊費は予約時の値段のまま変動がなかったのが信頼出来る。 玄関で靴を脱いで部屋へ行くシステム。 部屋は絵画やスザニや伝統刺繍の布団カバーなど､清潔で可愛くまとまっている。 冷蔵庫､テレビは無いが必要もないので不便さは感じない。 バスタブ無しの温水シャワーは水量､温度問題なし。 2階の部屋だったのでWi-Fiは部屋では繋がらないので､1階のレセプション前のベンチか玄関前のベンチならよく繋がるのでそこで使用するとよい。 部屋から屋上へ行けて上から街の景色を一望出来るが､低いので景色はそれほどでもない。 朝食は7時30分位からだが、出発が早い場合は頼めばもう少し早い時間にも対応してくれる。 朝食の内容はパン数種､卵料理､ジャム､チーズ､チャイ､お菓子､ケーキなど他のB＆B同様にシンプルで平均的なもの。 タクシー送迎は外部の契約ドライバーに頼むシステムでカラジクカラへの送迎は20ドル､ウルゲンチ空港へは15ドルとちょっと高かったので､他のもう少し安いドライバーに個人的に依頼した。 北門から城壁に上がれるので､城壁を歩きたければ行くとよい。 総体的にいい印象の宿だったので、おすすめします♪

能看到星星的房子”
是一位好友建议我过来这里的，说这个房子能看到星星，后来我一个人上来了，果然，，，看到了几颗星星，哈哈哈。 房间很不错，是二人间，还有一个很大的阳台，旁边就是城墙。 楼顶露台能看到整个古城，后来晚上突然停电了，就这么看着看着，十几分钟电又来了。停电的古城和来电的古城是两个样子。 只住了一夜，有点后悔，应该多住一会的。
