The property was immaculately prepped. My wife and I loved how it was so close to the airport but still within 26mins from Miami Gardens where we drove everyday and extremely close to the beaches even though we never went. I must rate this property a 5 star! I love that it’s fully furnished, spotless clean, washer/dryer, updated appliances and lovely. I’ve already sold this property to 3 of my clients!!!! This is my home away from home… Thank you Kevin for your professionalism and high level of hospitality…. I look forward to doing business with you very soon!

the place was designed for short term stay. All you need is there. spotlessly clean. Being tall, I always see the dust on the top of the refrigerators. in this property it was such a nice experience to see a dust free refrigerator top!

The area wasn’t too far from a beach. I stumbled upon this apartment last minute for a trip I couldn’t miss. I originally was planning to stay in south beach but because my dates of travel hotels were just too high. The communication from the owner was excellent, quick responses. I’ll definitely book again in the future. All the pics posted are identical to the apartment. I didn’t take pics I only had a video.

First of all the location was awesome. We were close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves the whole trip. Our host Kevin was beyond "amazing".
