Best value for money!”
My main consideration for choosing Microtel by Wyndham was its location--it is just next door to Victory Liners. For the first time, I travelled with my 15-year-old son without my husband because he could not come with us, and I had to figure out a way to make things easy. The hotel is very straightforward, the rates are very reasonable, considering the room comes with buffet breakfast with selections that change every day (unlike in other hotels where the breakfast selections are fixed). A great plus to the hotel is that Amare La Cucina which serves wonderful pizzas and pasta is just downstairs. You really need not go far to get good food. There are so many things on the menu we wanted to try. The rooms are clean and well-sanitized. The beds were huge. Our room had a great mountain view, and we are so thankful that we were given a room on the fourth floor, away from the street noise (Marcoville is a very busy street) and on the wing away from the bus terminal (the terminal is very busy and noisy). I will remember this when I make my next booking, because we plan to make another trip soon, this time with my hubby. The guards, the porters, the dining area staff, the housekeeping staff, are all so friendly and nice and they seem genuinely caring. The guards in particular, are so helpful and solicitous. I just wonder why the front desk staff are not as cheery and warm. Thank you Microtel for a most wonderful 3 days and 2 nights. My son and I enjoyed our stay. We hope to stay longer next time.

Super comfortable!”
We had to book last minute for an accommodation to rest from a long travel, and came across Microtel. This is located just beside Victory Liner terminal and near SM Baguio and fastfood restaurants, so it is very accessible. I loved the bed, pillows, sheets the most! (they smelled so great!). Also the bay window in our room was really cozy. Will def come back!

at the heart of Baguio”
Malapit sa lahat ng tourist spot. hindi ako nagkamali sa pagpili sa microtel comparing other hotels na super review pa ako. nanatili ang aking instinct to stay here. thanks to frontdesk they even upgraded my room na spacious good for 4. (3 adults, 1 kiddo) luv the breakfast buffet pa and their coffee. sa food andaming selection. meron din fruits at cereals. pero nakakatuwa don hindi mahirap pati ang taxi to accommodate your needs whenever you like to go to nearby pasyalan. sulit! 5star rate for me. ill definitely go back and will choose microtel hotel in baguio. Thank u!

Good enough”
Pros: - best staff (they text a few days ahead to confirm and get ETA; advised them I’ll arrive earlier than what I sent and was accommodated right away, didn’t have to wait for check in time to get a room; also called my room at one point to notify me that my door didn’t close properly) - just beside Victory Liner bus terminal - area near tourist spots (taxis are plenty, cheap, and honest; also near jeep routes, if you’re adventurous to try it) - clean room, toilet, and linens - working water heater on shower and sink - toilet has bidet - aircon - in-room safe - communal water station (with working hot/cold dispenser) - good-sized TV Cons: - a bit pricey - TV channels not super clear - area surrounding the heated water tank (or water heater?) below sink is not so clean (but hidden behind a cabinet enclosure) - erratic water pressure from bidet - bedside switches don’t control all room lights - design of the built-in daybed doesn’t allow the curtains to fully blackout the room

Accessible-great location”
Super accessible from Victory Bus terminal to the poit that it actually has a walkway in the 2nd floor of the terminal going to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and rooms are with standard amenities. A little downside though you can sometimes hear the bus horn from time to time... the room we got is in LG under the restaurant so you can hear chair moving from time to time, good this we are often out of the room.

Good Location”
This really has a good location — almost near to everything especially to the bus station and SM. Our assigned room is kind of small and still need an aircon even if you’re in Baguio already. Hehe. Housekeeping is very nice and always ask if you want your room to be cleaned :) Receptionist at night is kinda masungit over the phone so when we checked-in, I didn’t bother to talk to him. But, we had a nice stay. Guards are friendly too :)

Location is Key ”
The hotel is beside the Victory Liner and a 5-7 minute walk to SM baguio. Come to think of it, 5-7 minute walk is pretty long, but because of the nice weather in Baguio, you will not feel the exhaustion while walking. There are a few sari sari stores in the area, and the restaurant connected to Microtel is Amare. Pizza is a must try. :)

Exceptional”
If you're looking for a hotel that is affordable yet you get the most value for your money, then book a stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel 04-06 June 2022. The place smells good and very clean. the sheets and the towels smell very nice. the staff are very accommodating. The parking space is very limited but the staff/guards will assist you the best way they can so that you can safely park your vehicle. They also serve good breakfast. This hotel is way better than holiday inn.

Relaxing.”
Good location, taxi is available anytime bec it is beside a terminal. Room is clean and smells fresh. Linens and towels are soft and clean. View at eye level is nice. Staff were nice, the upgraded us to a 2 queen bedroom. I guess they learned about the paranormal experience we had in the other hotel where we initially stayed in. We plan to stay in here when we get back.

Weekend Stay at Microtel ”
Generally, our stay at Microtel was okay. We travelled to Baguio via Victory liner and was just beside Microtel. We used the 2nd floor bridge to get to Microtel. Check-in was quite fast and easy. Our room was already ready when we arrived at the hotel before 1pm. The room was clean but was quite dark even after we turned on all the lights. There were no free bottled water provided in the room but there was a common water dispenser outside our room and also ice machine and free coffee near the reception area. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially when we needed a taxi. Free buffet breakfast is great and there were several food choices. Brewed coffee was good and so were the fruits. Wifi connection was intermittent, so hope they can improve on this. Thank you.

best value for money paid”
we stayed for 1 night on a weekend. we are lucky to be able to check-in early so we could leave our luggage inside the room. the room was nice, the only problem is that the other mattress is super soft so it's a little uncomfortable for my husband who slept on that bed. the free breakfast is ok also for it's price.

Location is perfect!”
The hotel is located within walking distance to Session Road which was perfect! Breakfast was delicious and the dishes were always refilled quickly for all guests. The only negative was parking as it is first come first serve and is very limited. Good thing we could walk to places and catch a taxi or jeepney nearby.

Our stay at Microtel from January 13-16, 2022”
If you get past the fact that Microtel has no view to boast of, then you can see the other plus factors of this hotel. One, the staff is very friendly to the point of being solicitous. 2nd, The restaurant on the ground floor, Amare Italian resto, has the best oven brick pizza. The staff is very friendly too, including the trainees. Sir Ryan went beyond his duty and prepared food for my son with numerous allergies. We appreciate his help. 3rd, the hotel is very clean. I feel that the cleaning staff is trained well, that I feel safe to use the toilet and shower. 4th, The hotel is behind Victory Liner, which is convenient for travelers on public transport. 5th, taxi's are easy to find. Also, the hotel is near 7/11, ATMs, and other convenient stores.

Stayed for two nights here. We had enjoyed it. Very close to SM Baguio and walking distance on other spots. Slightly poor wifi and phone signal.
