Best family vacation we had so far”
Everything was perfect. Don't be deceived by the narrow entrance and parking. When you enter the main hoteo, you'll find the lobby clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly. They gave us welcome drinks and necklaces. The hotel management made sure we had a baby cot even without asking. We conveniently booked our airport transfers too. My daughter was treated well even if she was very naughty. The shuttle service is also perfect and on time. One time they even gave kids balloons. We are very satisfied with the service. Restaurant food is great. Cheaper and better quality than those at the main beach. The beach is also nice and semi-private. Great slope for young toddlers. Very very good and highly recommended!

Exceptional”
Excellent! I would recommend staying here if you don't mind being away from all of the action. It's a lengthy but not unpleasant walk to White Beach. Some of the amenities we loved most were the shuttle to/from D'Mall, free beach mats and towels that you can borrow, drinking water stations all over the hotel. We only ate breakfast there, but we were very pleased with the variety. My son is incredibly picky and there were a few options that he approved of. The "closet" could stand to be updated. So could the bathroom. But still, we were very happy we picked Microtel.

Stay at this hotel with your Family if you want a quiet, relaxed environment. I loved how friendly the staff were, how they catered to all our needs. Excellent location for those who wants to hear nature. the place was clean. Free shuttle was a plus as well. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel.

I had the best trip to Boracay because of this lovely hotel. So thankful for their honesty and I love the friendliness of the staffs. Their hotel was very clean especially the lobby and the bathrooms. Will surely go back to Boracay and stay here again.

Excellent Value”
This resort is on the famous Boracay White beach, but it is separated by a bunch of very large rocks from the main beach. It requires walking on a walkway and potentially getting splashed by the sea to get to the main beach, and I would not trek it at night. During the day it is fun for able-bodied people. The resort was quiet and relatively private, which is what we wanted. The staff was very helpful. The pool is small, but very nice. The restaurant is expensive (like all the restaurants on the beach) and the food was very good. Breakfast was included and very good. We had an ocean view room. It was very windy this time but one could still swim out front. Beach towels and mats provided for free. Very comfortable resort, but far from the action of Boracay. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt one of my favorite hotel in Boracay. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Room was big, bed was big enough for me to roll around 3 times. Staff were so accommodating and very very helpful with all the problems I had with our activity schedule. The shuttle bus to D’mall was very handy. The hotel is situated at station 3 and it’s quiet and the peace is wonderful. I will book at microtel again in the future!

We had a great stay at Microtel! Very affordable price, room has 2 big beds that can fit a family of 4. We enjoyed the pool as well as beach. The beach is at Diniwid, faraway from the crowd at Station 1 and 2. The free breakfast is plated, but it can fill you up. I especially appreciate staff who went her way to call us to inform that we left my son's birth certificate in our room. We're already at the airport that time and we need that document for checking in the plane. The staff sent me a photo of the birth certificate so we could check in, and even sent the copy through LBC for free! The only con is that the hotel is far from the main town, but it's ok because they have a shuttle for guests which is for free. And during our stay the road is being repaired so it would take time to reach the town and hotel vice-versa, plus traffic, but it's not the hotel's fault :) We will definitely return here again, and hopefully the road repair is done. Thank you!

Staff were so responsive and kind! I'm an experienced traveler, and I've never been treated better(even at 5 star places). Shallow end of pool for kids. Spacious room. Impeccably clean facilities. Free drinking water cooler in hallway. Sunset view from Diniwid is great. Temper your expectations about Diniwid beach location...it collects a lot of sea scruff, but it's a 10 minute walk around rock cliffs to get to White Beach(or take free shuttle).

Exceptional”
The “tapa” or beef for brakfast was tough and not worth the price. But the hotel itself is commendable for facilities, service and clealiness. Truly a 4 star. The location is a bit far from the town center and secluded. Perfect for privacy and honeymooners but not when you’re with children or want to explore the more commercial parts of the island. What it lacks in location, however, is made up by the all day van shuttle that transports you in and out of the hotel. A plus to the location is it has direct access to the beach and enables you explore areas you would otherwise not have seen if were billeted in the more common areas. All in all, no regrets. It was worth it. This coming from someone who owns a prime beach frontage condo elsewhere in the country.

Very relaxing and quiet place far from noise and busy stations of boracay, the staff are very kind. ”
The good thing is, the e-trike we rented a day before our flight was canceled, so the hotel staff offer us their free shuttle going to port.

This hotel is much more than we expected. We are many days in Boracay, and this is our 3th hotel here, to be honest, this is the best, value for money, beach front, a little far from the crowd white beach, what is good if you want peace... and same view and sunset. I highly recommend!

Awesome Stay”
Overall stay is awesome, the resort itself is family and kids friendly. Location is very far away to Station 1 & 2 but they offer free shuttle. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for close family bonding and relaxation. Superb foods, service and staffs. Will definitely go back next year :)
