Great stay”
I'm glad I chose this hotel for my first hotel stay prior to the pandemic. Even though it is still very strict in its safety protocols wch is good, I felt normal again doing business trip and leisure at the same time. Room is clean and space is enough, didn't see any other guest wch is a relief for me (just for added safety) and since it is surrounded by fine restos, its a good way to end the night after half day of car shopping (wch is also full of all the major car distributors thanks to Laus Grp : ). This surely will be my go to when in pampanga just to be sure Im getting a soundful sleep nd worry free stay.

PROs: 👍 Great staff. Easy to talk to. 👍 Clean rooms. Spotless. 👍 Ice maker is a plus. 👍 Near restos so you will never be hungry, only broke. Haha CONs: ✌️ Wifi is not great on my room. Not a deal breaker. Having a great wifi would really be great. ✌️ No smart tv. So.. no netflix and chill.

One of the places we liked & enjoyed staying, it was worth it! Pros: near to SM/Robinsons, ample secured parking lot, clean rooms, strong wifi, great buffet breakfast served by Pancake House staff at the lobby, clean pool, cozy bathroom, quiet place no loud crowds, nearby walking distance restaurants. Congrats to Lausgroup for managing your businesses well.

The hotel is very convenient and the surroundings is quiet and relaxing. Its near by a coffee shop and restaurant for a quick delicious meal. Reception and Concierge team is friendly and courteous. only the downside is the swimming pool doesnt look clean enough to swim.

Near to shopping centers”
Staffs are so welcoming with their pretty smile at all times. This is essential, as it attracts positive vibes to us customers that’ll make us feel at home. Their location is so convenient as it is near to s&r and sm. Restaurant is not a problem too as it is also mearby. I love their pool amenities. Kids enjoyed their stay. Hinghly recommended for their spacious rooms.

Recommend Microtel, but NOT AGODA”
The stay was very pleasant and staff were great. The staff of Agoda however, is a different matter. They were ineffecient and rude in handling my concern with my booking. They have no sense of urgency and my concern was NOT address until the time of my check in. Thankfully, Microtel did not give me any grief with my concern. BOOK this hotel in A DIFFERENT PLATFORM. Don't go through AGODA.

COMFORTABLE STAY”
I love the big rooms but there is no in-room water heater for tea or coffee. You have to go to the lobby to have your coffee or tea. You have to go to the hallway to get your drinking water, which is a little disturbing if your room is at the end of the hallway. Breakfast had few options. Rooms are clean, linens and bed are nice. I love the blackout curtains because I sleep better in the dark.
