Not so great the 3rd visit”
First 2 times i booked here was great. 3rd was horrible.. bed where old,squeaky and springs where hurting our backs in room 203. Smelled like the room had not been aire out in a very long time. And at 9:30 am housekeeping opened our door and woke us up. Did not even knock then was saying she was sorry but still dont understand if check out is at 11.. i visit the area about every 2 weeks to fish n stay the night and no longer will be booking at micotel.

Room was dirty & had MOLD growing everywhere. Housekeepers dis not speak or understand English & were VERY RUDE! I will NEVER stay there again & would not recommend

If you just need a place to sleep then you will be fine to choose Microtel. The staff is friendly and very helpful but just don't have the resources to handle concerns that just seemed to keep popping up. Cant beat $73 a night though.

While looking for somewhere to spend the night, my partner and I weren’t looking for anything fancy. Upon arrival we we waited to be checked in close to 10 minutes. When we finally got access to the room, there was a very musty almost mildew smell that engulfed the room. The bathroom light was extremely dim (and loud). Upon further inspection of the room, we found a sizable stain on the carpet, which looked less of an actual stain and more of a spill that was not cleaned. We lifted the sheets to find multiple hair strands. It was then that we decided to make the 10 hour drive back home through the night rather than stay here. When brought to the attention of the staff, the concierge was laughing (assuming out of discomfort), and stated that this was not the first time this week..and that she had just finished changing a mattress for another guest. We were then offered an ‘upgraded’ room, or another set of sheets. After hearing that this was a regular occurrence, we were not comfortable staying there. I have since requested a full refund for the circumstances of the room, especially during a pandemic, are absolutely unacceptable. I have yet to hear back about my refund request, that had to be submitted by Agoda on my behalf.

I was very pleased with the staff especially Karen at the front desk. I had to change rooms after one night (my decision) and she was very helpful in making the arrangements.

Due to cold weather a friend and I found this place with lowest price for 2 nights. Could not believe that this place give us lowest price along with quality. Room is very good and clean, comfortable, great beds and they have laundry service at great prices. Only thing i didn't like was sack breakfast instead of continental due to Virus. I would definitely recommend this place
