Comfortable hotel in a great location”
Stayed saturday night here with my husband and 2 year old while visiting Canberra. Has a very luxurious feel to it, front desk service helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Great big TV and the bed was nice, we slept well. Really generous bar fridge in the room with drinks to enjoy. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and not far from the main shopping centre. The only negative was our room only had one seat, would have made sense to have 2 seats. We also wanted to swim but another guest told us the pool was cold. I would have wanted it to be warm. Overall great hotel to stay in, would stay here again for sure.

What was planned as an anniversary trip turned into a family trip and the staff were very accommodating. Ample parking in a sort after location. Nice, new rooms. Bed was a little too soft for my liking.

Weekend Getaway”
Great location. In the midst of the food and drink scene whilst still walking distance to Canberra Centre shopping. If you like dark/black/gold modern then this might be your style, otherwise, the walls, floors and finishes are so black you can't tell whether it's day or night. Mechanical vent is so loud every time you turn the bathroom light on or AC. Our in room slippers had bugs in the packet, we received 1 toothbrush set for a room of 2pax. And check out was too long and inefficient as the staff weren't sure about what to charge.

Lovely Hotel”
Great hotel in perfect location. Only a couple of minor things - housekeeping didn’t replace dirty cups on one day, waiters in restaurant forgot part order - at dinner and breakfast - perhaps they should write down order rather than try to commit to memory then forget! Reception staff were terrific. Small but very modern comfortable room. Nice large bathroom.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff greet you and get you checked in. From there it’s easy. Have a quick workout or swim in the lovely pool. Head out for a bite at one of the nearby eateries. Comfortable bed... great pillows! Up and at it the next day!

Breakfast not worth it! ”
It's alright as hotel but not a 5-star. Breakfast is the worst compared with other hotel that I've been in Canberra. Parking issues make inconvenience. Room is small. Gym provided in 2 different place. One near the swimming pool is very small. Laundry facility is not available. They have laundry service but take time too clean the clothes store since it's provided by 3rd party company.

Worst manager to ever deal with ”
The manager on that night was the worst not just manager but staff member I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I had to try with everything in me to stay calm. From making me stand out in the rain to walking off not able to be found by any staff member and not returning leaving everyone confused and not knowing what to do this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Might be a nice hotel unfortunately I did not get to experience it due to the manager disappearing before check-in was completed. Very disappointed.
