Smells like socks”
It wasn't apparent at first but after a few minutes inside you can not ignore the odor. It's worse inside the rooms but detectable in hallway too. It's probably because of all the old carpets. I regret booking for a week before I visited the hotel personally.

Loud and Rundown room”
Good luck on the NOISE, you will hear people chatting from the room next door as if the walls were not concrete. Hallways noise all night, from the staffs roaming the hallway. Room was dirty, holes on walls, and the rims on floor were all broken. Room was warm for winter, luckly. Be was firm, a plus for me. Reception personnels were really horrible, not happy people working there.

Enough for a 1-night stay”
If you are the kind of traveler who needs just a place to put your stuff, freshen up, and crash at night, then this is more than enough. The staff were nice and helpful, the hotel had basic amenities, was clean and had decent wifi. I would definitely consider this place if I am in Almaty again for a short stay.

Reasonably priced central hotel”
Stayed for an airport overnight transit and it was great for the price. Good breakfast served in room and staff very friendly and helpful although English is limited. Would stay again.

Great as transit hotel”
I was transiting to Moscow for a few hours so decided to stay here for the night. Not sure about the location because I arrived at night. The check in was ok but the receptionist speaks very little english. There is a vending machine to get water and titbits. My room was on the same floor as the reception. Very basic room and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was served on a tray in the room. It consisted of oat porridge, yoghurt and some local pastries. Alright for a night's stay.

ну все таки нужно понимать что это отель из сегмента эконом, но постель чистая и подушки мягкие, в целом для такой цены норм если только переночевать. Остановилась в этом отеле случайно только на одну ночь так как некогда было искать да и очень устала с дороги это меня и спасло так как сразу уснула, а с утра выехала. Что хочу сказать все таки визитной карточкой является подьездные пути, большие ямы при заезде, это необходимо заделать и хотя бы как то благоустроить входную поставить лавочку, цвнты, для постояльцев, хоть и эконом сегмент услуга должна быть на высшем уровне. Нужна хорошая хозяйская рука, думаю и постояльцев будет больше. Персонал вежливый, участливый. Рекомендую поменять эти ужасающие шторы красного цвета с чёрными шторами и заменить их на рол шторы приятных тонов, так как за тюлью видны провода с колючками, не очень приятное зрелище. Я молилась чтоб поскорее уснуть и не замечать этого, а утром скорее съехать. Если изменить маленькие детали которые я описала, то возможно я к вам загляну и напишу новый отзыв. В любом случае Благодарю!

Это не стоит даже 1/10 стоимости которую я заплатил. 115000 тенге за ночь. За эти деньги вы получите просто спальное место с дырками на наволочках, простынях и пододеяльниках. И полотенца стершиеся от старости.

Не плохой Отель ”
Не плохой Отель, расположение прекрасное, в центре города! Обслуживание хорошее, все о чем просили быстро исполняли, завтрак приносят в номер, завтрак среднячок. На ресепшн обслуживала Жанна, вежливая и исполнительная! Чистота хромает, на Сплит-системе висели чьи то бикини!

Дружелюбный персонал ”
Постель была использованная, также вызывает сомнения чистота полотенец. Очень подходит для короткой остановки одиночному человеку, но высокая слышимость соседей. Понравился дружелюбный персонал.
