I stayed at millenium mitsui for 10 nights. I didn't realise how convienient the location is until I get there. It's right next to higashi ginza metro (direct line to asakusa and ueno). It's 5 min walk to ginza station (direct line to shinjuku and Tokyo station). Walking distance to many cafes, cafes and restaurants in Ginza. Also walking distance to tsukiji fish market. Room was small (well it's Tokyo :)) but super clean, I love the separation of shower and toilet room. Staff were very friendly. I very much enjoyed the stay.

the room was a bit small ,but nice and ecellent value for money.Breakfast did not have many choices for Europeans, and they do not make cappuccino ,but black coffee was good and they provide you with carton cups so you can take your coffee with you.Very nice and polite stuff.one think we did not like is that the hotel does not have a lobby.But still we were happy with the hotel and we recommend it!

First rate hotel at often great prices.”
The Mitsui Garden brand of hotels is upscale in every way but price. While its facilities and customer service feels decidedly premium, I have often been able to find excellent deals that far outcompete even hotels a tier below the Mitsui Garden. The millenium is very well located and those lucky enough to face it have a spectacular view of of the iconic Kabuki theater in the heart of Ginza. The rooms are modern, with impressive bathrooms and small touches like real silver and glassware for those wanting to bring a bottle of wine or champagne to enjoy in their rooms. Breakfast, though on the pricey end of the scale, is very good. All in all, for those willing to spend a little more for a premium experience should look toward any of the Mitsui Garden hotels and more specifically, at the Millenium.

Located next to Higashi-ginza metro exit. 3-5mins walk to Ginza main shopping area. About 10mins walk Tsukiji Outer Market. The hotel is quite new and very clean. Rooms are of decent size considering Tokyo’s standard.

Best Location for both airports.”
It's my second stay at this property. I chose it because of the lift direct to the subway (Higashi-ginza station). If you have heavy luggage, it's very convenient. In addition, this station had direct access to both Narita and Haneda airport. There are also many restaurant nearby. Also Mitsukoshi & Wago Ginza are situated by 5-7 minutes walk. Room is very nice. The decoration gives you a luxury sense. Comfortable bed. I love this hotel. I will choose this hotel again if I visit Tokyo.

I stayed for 4 nights and the stay was absolutely comfortable. The hotel is located right in front of Higashi Ginza which is super accessable and the staffes are very attentive. Room condition was maintained clean and tidy, comfy beddings.. everything was satisfactory. I will DEFINITELY visit this hotel on my next journey.

Exceptional”
The room was not clean on our first night, got stained on the bed sheet and also lots of dust on the carpet floor. We complaint to the front officer, they apologized and the next day they really cleaned our room and also gave us an apology letter regarding the cleaning standard of the room. I would say they really listen to our complaint and have a very good customer service. Before this we stay at much newer hotel near millenium mitsui, and the room was also dirty but when we complaint, they did not do anything and not even clean it. So good job millenium mitsui!

Great location for Ginza”
It’s my second time at this hotel. I chose it because of the location. It’s next to the elevator of Higashi-ginza station which has direct access to Narita/Haneda airport. Room is nice. Not that small. Everything is so comfortable. I will stay at this hotel next time for sure.

This is one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed at! The location is on the subway line that goes directly from the Haneda airport and you don’t even have to transfer. If you take the elevator it brings you straight to the hotel. The hotel check in was very easy. The housekeeping was amazing, with nice skin products, pajamas, slippers, and they cleaned the room immaculately every day. My only complaint is that there was no way to tell them not to change my towels every day - I wouldn’t have minded the bed made (and not sheets changed) and towels changed to reduce waste. But this is a small complaint to an overall wonderful stay!

Awesome hotel in the heart of ginza ”
Location is amazing - a train line just beside the hotel. Service - front desk, housekeeping are fantastic, tip top in hospitality, incredibly friendly and always there to help Price - I booked the hotel 2 weeks before Japan was opened to Singapore and the world, had a great package deal. Subsequently price doubled as expected.

I was glad I booked this hotel! It’s super convenient and waking distance to Tsukiji market and all the big brands shopping. Hotel is located opposite of mitsukoshi department store. Our room was bigger than most other Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed. I would definitely return to this hotel!

We’re a slow leaner traveler but actually this hotel location is the best. We keep getting lost in the city and actually there isn’t a lot of people speaking English but this hotel location is one of the best. Thanks to all the staff…we’re really enjoyed the service and help.

This hotel was one of the main reasons our vacation in Tokyo was spectacular! The location is unbeatable. The area itself is quiet yet lively, so pretty, and very central to travel to and from easily. Our room was a little tired and had seen better days. Other than that, I have no complaints about the cleanliness of our room or hotel facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for all kinds of travelers.

Great Location and Amazing Connectivity to Airport ”
Getting to either airport i.e. Haneda or Narita is such a breeze. Walk out from hotel, take elevator down to Higashi-ginza subway just outside and then take the Akasuka line to the correct terminal/airport. What not to love?
