We love the easy checkin process and also the staff that assist us during checkin. The housekeeping also did a great service with smile. The swimming pool is great, the Filipino staff, the gym coach guy really was very approachable and super hospitable, he exceeded our expectation of great service. The food selection during our stay was not much, the hot foods were very limited but the cold foods and pastries and bakery were both good. The service staff at the restaurant were all did their job with smile and respect. All in all, our stay is in high level of excellence. Kudos to your staff!

Second time staying at a Millenium hotel in the Gulf region and as before, has a great experience. If I had one comment to help management improve, as with my Muscat stay, the housekeeping could do with a little more training. As a smoker and not finding an ashtray in my room on arrival, I used a bottle. I expected the next day to come back to my room and find the bottle gone and an ashtray in its place. But this wasn’t the case. Small thing but these things should be basic common sense. Check in was smooth and Ossama who assisted us was fantastic. Now he is a true credit to your hotel. His politeness, helpful attitude was beyond expectations and I would book again at your hotel literally to hi to him again

Such facility is rare to get at such low prices but for pandemic times. In summary experience of service and hospitality is great. However window glasses are so shabby on outside glass making the experience 5 star claim a bit exaggerated.

Not a 5 star but decent hotel. ”
As mentioned, thia is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Especially not in the Middle East, the home of luxury. There is a very overpowering cigarette smell even in the rooms marked as non-smoking. But it was ok, no bugs spotted or anything. Staff is very nice and polite, want to help and assist at all times. Housekeeping boys are very kind.
