We booked a 2-Bedroom Villa for 5 nights, it was very clean and comfortable Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Shukry the property manager who is very kind and ensuring by himself that we are enjoying our stay. Best Hotel in Salala.”
First time staying with this hotel even though we visited Salala two times before. Overall, really one of the best hotel in Salala for the price paid. Our rooms came with single beds that were generously specious and comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back to this hotel for future visit to Salala. I liked my stay at the hotel. I had a clean and comfortable room. The mattress was super, I rested very well. I also liked an opportunity to use beach club facilities, though it requied going there by shuttle that runs only 4 times a day. The staff is very welcoming and polite. The location is a little far from the center. Hopefully, there will be a big mall open close by soon.

Ive stayed for 3days and it was satisfying specially the reception staff Mr.Loay and other omani staff. Very accomodating and friendly. I actually enjoyed my stay because of him. Facilities are good but doesn't have a jaccuzzi for men. Quite difficult to connect on their wifi but managed. Good food and service. Would definitely come back with my family.

My Salalah Trip ”
I love the bed, it was massive and very comfy! The room was clean and spacious... ❤️ I was able to check-in early and was allowed for late check out since my flight back to Muscat was at 1740H. There was a little issue regarding my booking with Agoda but thanks to Mr. Mohammed because he was able to sort things out. Front desk people were all friendly and helpful. ❤️ One thing I didn’t enjoy was the food, only few choices. The restaurant seems a bit messy. The waiters were all busy that they left some tables with empty plates from previous guests. Overall, it was a good place to stay while exploring Salalah!❤️😊

The staff was amazing and I even made friends with some of them. I liked they have a shuttle to the beach house although I wish they provided more options for snacks. Or Maybe they should have an actual bar there. Place was very clean and the bathroom with two different types of shower was great.

I couldn't get the room, what i booked. It is not acceptable from reservations team who simply said upon arrival that the room you book and paid already can't get that room upon arrival. So what is the point on booking room online. So reservations team are worst at your hotel.

We stayed in chalet. Room is clean & neat. We tried the buffet breakfast and restaurant and over all its ok. Staffs are accomodating to pur request and needs which is great. Only one i don't like is our pool, It cold! We ask the staff who is cleaning and he said it's working. Kindah disappointing that we have our own pool but unable to use it. We enjoyed the bathtub instead😅.
